Horrible! I would love my money back
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the person at the counter

Cons:

The shortage of breakfast was horrible, the bugs in the room, the dirty bedding.. I hated every second of staying here

A pleasant, modern and clean hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located 10 minutes by private car from Niagara Falls Park. The hotel is quiet, pleasant, clean and modern. The hotel has a great restaurant on the roof. The breakfast is excellent. There is good parking.

Cons:

At breakfast. The cutlery is disposable. But other than that, the food is great and there is a wide and fresh variety.

From the second we walked in we were greeted by a young gentleman that ended up helping us most of our stay. He was very polite and although he was very busy he made sure to get us what we needed as well.

Cons:

There is some chalking the corners of the shower that could use a little grout. Other ha that I cannot think of anything. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to Niagara Falls

Cons:

Broken doors by pool did not stop kids from going there. They closed breakfast bar too early. They did not keep it open till the time indicated of 10am.
