Had a peaceful and pleasant experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with combination of nutrition value foods. Location was mesmerizing with plenty of space around the hotel which elevated the overall experience.

Pros:

Location was close enough to niagra falls it only took a few minutes to get there. But far enough away that you could relax. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic

Cons:

In one of our rooms we had a king bed and a "sofa" the sofa was not great. It does not pull out and it is very uncomfortable for sleeping as its only about 4 foot long. The room was supposed to have a sofa bed

Cons:

The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft. We had 4 people and were only given enough towels and wash clothes for 3. Pool area had no towels and not very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff seemed nice, but didn't greet you.

The breakfast was good, but overall we don’t feel this hotel deserves such a high rating.

Cons:

We were disappointed with our stay. Most of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion dispensers were empty or nearly empty when we checked in. We sent a message to the hotel, but never received a response, and nothing was refilled during our stay.

The room was spacious but felt cold and not very cozy. It also did not seem as clean as the reviews suggested.

The location was not convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. We had to drive across the toll bridge every time, while many hotels are much closer to the park and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Grand Island felt quiet and isolated, so we would choose a hotel closer to the falls next time.
