Unerfahrenes Personal - kennt keine Kundenorientierung
Pros:

wir waren fast allein - keine Hauptsaison…

Cons:

Die Musik am Gang war laut und hat uns immer aufgeweckt obwohl wir danach gebeten hatten vor einer gewissen Zeit es ruhig zu lassen. Frühstück war nur ab 9. Wir hatten klar gemacht, unsere Abreise sei um 7h30, trotzdem und trotz Abmachungen, war die Eingangstür vom Hotel zu, Parking war gesperrt, Frühstückstasche inexistent: das Personal hat einfach geschlafen. Personal ist sehr jung, unerfahren, respektlos.

Pros:

Hotel mit Wohlfühlambiente, ruhige Lage direkt am Fluß, am Abend kann man am Lagerfeuer sitzen und eine heißen Tee oder andere "Sachen" trinken, sehr höfliches Personal, das Frühstück ist super lecker, es gibt ausreiuchend Tee und Kaffee, den bekommt man auch auf der Terrasse am Fluß serviert (top). Die Zimmeraustattung ist sehr gut und sauber.

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein Doppelbett gebucht hatten, wurden uns zunächst zwei Einzelbetten angeboten. Nach dem Umzug war es ok. Im Bad war die Klobrille locker und wurde trotz Bitte nicht repariert. Einen Zimmerservice (sauber machen etc.) gibt es nicht. Die Badentlüftung dauert sehr lange.
