Fantastic pool, very large room which was very well maintained and clean, great breakfast and very helpful staff

Everything was perfect . The hotel exceeded our expectations!. The room was very clean , we took the one that has access to the pool and we enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was convenient and service was quick. Location was great as it is a few steps from different grocery shops and about 10 minutes walking from the beach. Special thanks to Mileeka in the front desk as she was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The common areas are excellent, especially the pool, restaurant, and bar, which are all very well maintained and enjoyable. The hotel also has a gym, and one of our favorite features was the complimentary laundry room. After many days of traveling, especially with a child, being able to wash our clothes was incredibly convenient. You only need to buy your own detergent.
Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, and a TV with access to streaming services, which was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. Housekeeping came every day, keeping everything clean and changing the bed linens regularly.
The staff were always kind, polite, and willing to help.

Lovely family friendly hotel. Close to everything and yet somehow quiet! The staff were just lovely and we had a brilliant time. The pool is so clean! We really can’t recommend it enough.

Breakfast had a good choice each morning. I especially enjoyed scrambled eggs on toast. The location is prefect, just a 5-minute walk to the main strip with all the shops, bars, and restaurants, and around 10 minutes to the beach. The rooms were spotless, and I loved having a private gate straight into the pool.

Excellent breakfast, the room is big and well-equipped, beautiful view from the balcony and 10 minutes walking from the city centre with a lot of pubs, restaurants and more.

Very peaceful, quiet hotel. Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was maintained spotlessly. Fabulous breakfast and the restaurant served food all day which was very good.

Excellent location and a very friendly, welcoming team. The property manager went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference to our experience.

Near beach and market, nice pool, great staff and amazing breakfast.

Having stayed at the Mozaik before, we were unaware the property had been sold at the end of last season, so it was a lovely surprise to see the positive changes already being made by the new owners. They made their presence known straight away and were incredibly friendly, humble, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay.

You can already see the investment going into the hotel, with improvements being made to the bedrooms and bar area, giving everything a fresher, more modern feel. The pool was honestly the cleanest we have ever seen it, absolutely immaculate all week, with cleaners, grounds staff, and the whole team constantly working hard to keep everything looking perfect.

I was also really pleased to see that some of the familiar staff members had been kept on. Ilka, who in most people’s opinion is the heart and soul of the Mozaik, was still there, along with some of the restaurant and bar staff. That is a fantastic decision by the new owners because these people are a real credit to the hotel and a huge asset moving forward.

The location is ideal too, close enough to the strip to walk to easily, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want to relax. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week and genuinely could not fault the Mozaik. We will definitely be returning.
