Gostamos muito da atenção e delicadeza dada ao pedido de inserir ítens veganos no café da manhã. Foi muito gentil a forma como atenderam ao pedido.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Mas, no ato da nossa apresentação no balcão, me identifiquei com meu nome social (que está presente no meu RG), mas a atendente me chamou pelo nome civil em todas as vezes, ainda que muito gentil e solícita. Penso que um treinamento neste âmbito seria importante.
