Limpeza e educação dos funcionários

Cons:

Nao tem serviço de quarto para uma agua, nao tem cozinha, e isso nao esta claro na reserva, inclusive na reserva apareceu disponibilidade de almoço. É mais caro que os outros hotéis e o serviço bem abaixo

Um hotel bem normal pelo que oferece.
Pros:

Boa localização. Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Cama confortável. Café da manhã com boa variedade e tudo bem apresentado.

Cons:

O banheiro do apartamento é bem pequeno, principalmente o box. Um funcionário que entrou no período da noite foi bem desagradável querendo que eu mudasse meu carro de posição alegando que a vaga não era apropriada para o tamanho do veículo. Meu carro estava bem estacionado e não atrapalhava ninguém. Esse funcionário foi muito chato e desagradável.

Gostamos muito da atenção e delicadeza dada ao pedido de inserir ítens veganos no café da manhã. Foi muito gentil a forma como atenderam ao pedido.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Mas, no ato da nossa apresentação no balcão, me identifiquei com meu nome social (que está presente no meu RG), mas a atendente me chamou pelo nome civil em todas as vezes, ainda que muito gentil e solícita. Penso que um treinamento neste âmbito seria importante.
