Værelserne er rummelige, men slidte.
Morgenmaden er OK.

Meget fin morgenmad. Værelset var pænt men lidt slidt. Et godt sted til prisen og vi kommer gerne igen.

We visited from Canada and the staff indicated that it is unusual to have Canadian visitors at the resort. We felt a little like celebrities! We had a wonderful stay! The waterslides were SO MUCH FUN and our hotel room was great… It even had a mini fridge and a balcony! The supper buffet is worth the price (steak! Chocolate mousse!) and the breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Pro tip: try a little Brie on a slice of the thick cut bacon! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We will be back again for sure!

Kamer was goed en het ontbijt super en uitgebreid.
Weinig zitjes in en om de plaza, winkel en restaurant te snel dicht.

Alles was heel verzorgd en het ontbijt was super 😊👍

Meneer aan de ingang was redelijk kort,we dachten dat we mochten doorrijden tussen de driehoekjes.Beetje onduidelijk, verder bij de 2dames heel vriendelijk en vlot

Spontan für eine Nacht gebucht, gräumiges Zimmer. Toll war ein Wasserkocher für Tee. Hotel direkt am Strand des Sees.

1 nacht verbleven. Kamers redelijk proper. Buitendeur ging moeizaam open. Er was ons gezegd om te vragen om iets vroeger te ontbijten omdat we de dag nadien naar een begrafenis moesten. Helaas was de werkneemster die het ontbijt verzorgde niet bereidwillig en zijn we zonder ontbijt vertrokken

Prima bed, badkamer, en grote van de kamer maar….
Warm op de kamers, slechte airco.
Geen afscheiding tussen de balkons waardoor ‘s nachts de deur/raam open laten niet echt prettig was
Plantenbakjes op de balkons stonden vol met onkruid.
Park zelf is echt aan een opknap beurt toe.

Wir waren leider nicht begeistert. Es ist teilweise sehr dreckig, heruntergekommen. Wir waren schon in ein dutzend Ferienparks. Das Schwimmbad an sich ist nicht schlecht. Nur die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Duschen sind eine Katastrophe. Und es ist teilweise echt baufällig. Das Frühstück war ok, für 16 € pro Person. Um 9:30 sollten wir schon nichts mehr zu essen bekommen.
Was ich da noch nicht wusste, um 10:00 sollte das Osterbrunch für 35€ pro Person stattfinden. Das normale Frühstück von 8:00 bis 10:00 und das Osterbrunch ab 10:00 ... Top Planung. Hauptsache der Rubel rollt. Im Endeffekt mussten die Osterbrunch Gäste bis 10:30 warten und wir konnten beobachten, daß einuge teilweise richtig sauer waren. Alles in allem würde ich nicht nochmal da hin waren. Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

The service was non-existent, the reception staff were rude, accused people of lying, didn’t believe what was said, and were in no way service-oriented.
Breakfast is only available from 8 AM, even if you’ve stated a need for an earlier breakfast.
Expect no service and make sure to have everything in writing; any agreements made over the phone or with the receptionist the day before are not trusted.
They confiscate your belongings while you’re out of the room, lock the room, and refuse to return your items until additional fees are paid.
The rooms themselves were decent enough, but everything else was utterly unacceptable.

Arrivé à la réception nous avons toujours pas accès à notre chambre, l'hôtel ne trouve pas la réservation, impossible de contacter le service client

Took two days of and enjoyed the swimmingpool and the restaurants that are literally down stairs.

Room could have been cleaner

A very comfortable stay in the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. The staff are super nice and helpful throughout the holiday village. The natural setting is beautiful and peaceful. A nicely stocked shop and a good choice of eating options.
What could be improved: the cleanliness of the changing cabins at the aquapark and more staff at bike rental (there was only one person at the desk doing an amazing job, but the queue was really long and slow-moving and tiring). Also, breakfast room got very crowded and hectic, with queues and waiting for cups/glasses/some food items to be replenished.
