Spitzen Kurzurlaub in einem super Hotel !
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte einen herrlichen Seeblick. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und die Kellner durchweg freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ambiente agradável, com uma vista espetacular do lago de Lugano.
Pros:

Localização um pouco afastado do lago de Como mas de frente ao lago de Lugano, com uma vista da varanda espetacular.
O hotel é bem confortável e aconchegante e tem um Pub em frente bem legal. Equipe de atendimento sempre muito solícita e prestativa. Café da manhã de frente para o lago, vista maravilhosa. O ambiente é muito bom para quem quer tranquilidade, calmaria, silêncio. É possível banhar-se no lago de Lugano, do próprio hotel, tem uma área na varanda do café que dá no lago.

Cons:

A cama não era confortável, era de mola e eles juntaram 2 camas de solteiro. "Apanhei" também com o ar condicionado.
Banheiro um pouco apertado. O café da manhã é bom mas eu sinceramente esperava mais. Estacionamento era pequeno e não cabia todos os carros, tivemos que estacionar num parking bem próximo.

Wunderbar entspannt und wunderschön gelegen (Aussicht).
Pros:

Die direkte Lage am See mit Bademöglichkeit. Das wunderschön ausgestattete Hotel und Restaurant mit Garten. Das kommt auf den Bildern nicht gut rüber.

Nettes Personal, sehr unfreundlich. Lage sehr gut, Preisleistung top
Pros:

Dieses Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und ist in einem wunderschönen, typisch italienischen Gebäude untergebracht. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten und verfügte sogar über eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See.

Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass auch unser Hund liebevoll begrüßt wurde und keine zusätzlichen Gebühren berechnet wurden.

Wir haben außerdem im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und waren auch dort sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr aufmerksam.

Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall wieder einen Stopp einlegen und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Une excellente et belle surprise je recommande vivement
Pros:

Une vue magnifique sur le lac j'ai été très agréablement surpris, la chambre était très propre et les réceptionnistes ont été vraiment très sympathique, j'ai adoré ce séjour.

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si le cuisinier était amoureux lors de notre passage mais la cuisine était un peu trop salée, nous avions pris de la friture en entrée et des pâtes au fruits de mer, les deux plat était vrament très salés.

Excellent stay with beautiful lake view
Pros:

The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated in a classic style. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. The view from our bedroom was amazing, and enjoying breakfast with the lake right in front of us was truly exceptional. We also appreciated the secure garage parking for our car.

Cons:

The breakfast was enjoyable, but adding some fresh vegetables would make it even better.

One surprising dicovery of the paradise.
Pros:

The whole team is perfect, but Nikol deserves special thanks because of the extraordinary energy input in daily organization of the restaurant! Every day was a pleasure to meet Nikol shining and smiling.
