Restaurant perfect

Loved the resort. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located and just a short walk into town. The complimentary breakfast each morning was great. Rooms are large and clean. Loved our stay!

The Towel quality was not at the Hotel level. The slippers as well. The music on the bar close the swimming pool was inappropriate. If there are fountains why do you play music?

On th other side the Staff is really attentive and precise. Ready for every request at every day time. The front back hotel and the swimming pool area very elegant and traditional. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful experience stayed in Amata Garden Resort - Bagan. Beautiful spacious modern clean room in a park like setting. Friendly staff. Not sure why but the water taste a little salty, otherwise overall was very good. We also rented e-bike directly from the hotel and easily return it there. Recommended hotel.

A lovely hotel with older style decor. Staff provide excellent service and really make you feel welcome and take care of you. We enjoyed the evening happy hour. The breakfasts were wonderful.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Nice property and closed to New Bagan town, about 10-15 mins walk to Restaurants and massage places.

Good hotel and pool but the room was not clean. We had the maids come back twice to clean the room. The bathroom looks rundown. Other than that the service is amazing and the restaurant was good.

Very comfortable place to stay in New Bagan, nice breakfast, decent dinner options, helped me arrange a driver for a couple of day tours, and has a nice looking pool I didn't use. The only downside is that there's not much within nearby walking distance (a couple of restaurants, minor pagodas, etc.), but you can walk into the center of town (New Bagan) for shopping, laundry, etc.

New hotel with very comfortable beds. The hotel had few guests during our stay, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff comes by twice a day to tidy up rooms. One thing to improve upon is the staff's English skills as even the front desk has communication issues, and at times their English was difficult to understand.

Nice hotel, large room and friendly staff. Very good location to the temples and there is a little town about 2 miles from the hotel. The hotel has a large pool and over services so plenty to do after touring around Bagan.

Brand new hotel so everything is clean and in perfect working order. Staff are incredibly friendly and the pool is huuuuuuge. Great location just on the edge of New Bagan - an easy walk to restaurants and within a 10 minute drive of most of the temples. Make sure to hire an e-bike (which the hotel sorted for us) - so much fun and the easiest way of getting around.

I have to admit I at first overlooked this property because of the one negative review. After going back and reading all the glowing reviews I decided the person who wrote it was having a bad day and so I booked for 2 nights. Right decision. The hotel is almost new so very clean, modern, well appointed with the best beds and pillows in Myanmar.
Manager Ms. NiNI Win is an absolute gem. She is all over the place making sure you are happy and doing all she can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. She even bought us a drink at the bar!

Breakfast by the pool is awesome. So much to choose from and they are constantly replenishing the buffet. The staff can organise tours with knowledgeable drivers at a very reasonable price.
The pool is huge and they have cultural nights and music on some evenings by the pool.
Wherever you are in Bagan you need transport so I think the position of the hotel is good as you are not far from restaurants and bars.
I highly recommend this hotel, and in fact we ended up staying for another 2 nights to finish our stay in Bagan. Keep up the good work NiNi!

this resort offers more than other hotels in the same region could. its more alike a FULL OPTION resort, food is nice, staff is nice, staying experience is nice too. getting in, out and around this resort is easy too.

THE CONs. 1: yellow water from the tapamd shower. they taste salty too. 2: the staff at the spa section needs a lot more training in order to charge USD70 for a section.
