New hotel but not good services!
Pros:

I did not get the right type of room I booked ! I did talked with the receptionist when I received the room key, he said they were run of room for the one I booked, he would refund me the difference when I checked out. However, no refund was issued and when I called hotels.com rep. the hotel even decline what they promised. For the room, I was given the room near the food elevator, avoid this room at all cost, because, in the morning, all of clothes would have food smell.

Pros:

Zimmer sind sehr gut und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Restaurant waren leider total verdreckt (Zigarettenstummel) und machten keinen guten Eindruck. Das Personal - ausser einem Herrn- spricht sehr schlecht Englisch. Der junge Mann war aber sehr hilfsbereit und spricht als Einziger gutes Englisch.

Pros:

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên phục vụ vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Ăn sáng không nhiều món nhưng một suất như bánh mỳ khá đầy đặn, ngon.

Mooi hotel, maar langs drukke weg
Pros:

We hadden een kamer aan de weg kant. Hele avond getoeter van vrachtwagens. De airco werkte ook niet optimaal waardoor de kamer behoorlijk klam bleef. Veel last van mieren ook op de 6e etage. Het eten bij het hotel is hoger geprijsd dan gemiddeld en het slechtst eten dat wij in Vietnam hebben gehad. Alleen receptionist spreekt Engels, verder niemand ook maar 1 woord.

Convenient location hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient to different sightseeing locations: Bai Dinh Temple, An Tiem cave, Trang An, Tam Coc eco sites, etc. within 12 km. The room is very clean, although a little small. The bathroom is badly designed. The sink is next to the shower, istead next to the toilet. So everything on the sink is wet when the shower is on. Also the air conditioner in the room 401 and 402 are weak, and not cool enough. The staff has some problem in following our meal orders even we have repeated our request several time, but it seems that they do not care and just do what is convenient for their work. Additionally, after the first meal that we order for lunch is delicious and reasonable price, they charge us more to one and a half, and reduce the quality and quantity of the meal. They also give us very old and weak motorcycles for rent. The receptionists are exceptionally nice and courteous. Another minus point for the hotel is that the staff has no idea about the sightseeings in the area, so we have to rely on our own resources. Overall, it's a OK hotel with pros and cons to stay.
