Easy to get to, park and a quiet stay.
Pros:

The manager was great. Showed us to our room, gave us all the relevant information for our stay.
We haven’t had that service at this facility for the last few times we’ve stayed when we have had a previous manager show us around.

Cons:

The air fresher used in the main bar area sets off my asthma and is so strong I almost don’t return. This time the smell was also upstairs in the corridor.
Hot water in the shower takes awhile to heat. Not an issue except the amount of water wasted.

great at first the longer U stay worse it gets
Pros:

the mattress was comfortable free water everyday or soft drink but U must ask if longer than a night

Cons:

mouldy bathroom dirty quilt covered hidden may I say by clean sheets it was yellow pillows are yellow with sweat but they put clean covers over them the pigeons nesting outside will keep U awake the loud music will play until early hours every night they clean loudly downstairs my belongings was thrown out or stolen and theanger Tim wasn't concerned or offered any help just said he will knock on the door in 10 mins then he disappeared I would never stay again

nice n cheap but U get what U paid for
Pros:

I like the shops I liked the food in bistro the pizzas are nice I liked the bed

Cons:

they threw out my clothes when I extended the same way as I usually do as I stayed there for a long time and they also stole my charging plugs and some money wAs sadly missing and my timezone card I didn't like how there's pigeons that are nesting outside the windows and the music can be loud some nights and I didn't like the attitude of the manger Tim especially how he handled my stolen belongings he admitted they could be thrown out and I don't like how the women's showers the roof is covered in black mould

great cheap value place to stay
Pros:

the staff the cleaness of the place the bed is very comfortable and I have a spinal injury so it was very supportive the staff are so wonderful the food in the pub is beautiful

maybe the pigeons outside in the morning lol can't fault the actual place they are nice here

disgusting. to say the least.
Pros:

only thing what was good was the fact that bus stop and shopping centre was close by so i could get out of there

Cons:

There was no commutation or advised that this place was situated on top of a Pub... we did not get a wink of sleep from the noise and the constant smell of cigarettes in the rooms was foul. On top of this i have not been issued my refund for checking out early due to not being able to stay the entire time because of the conditions i had to relocate to a new accommodation.
