We would stay there again
Pros:

Location, staff, price. We really enjoyed a drink at the bar downstairs after travelling all day

Cons:

Some issues with plumbing during our stay - flooded floor in one of the shared bathrooms, & all the basin taps ran hot water. I expect these problems will be quickly resolved, and the facilities will rate higher when they are 🙂

Pros:

Great location near top ryde and bus stop, especially for concerts at olympic park, spacious and clean room, staff were friendly and helpful, has most basic amenities. Ok for overnight stay

Cons:

Everything is a bit run down and the toilet and bathrooms could use a refresh / deeper clean, no hair dryer. May be nice to have extra hooks or some shelving for people to put things on in the bathroom, lack of signage for toilets / bathroom, no onsite parking
