YAYS Paris Zola by Numa

We did not end up staying there. It was absolutely not what we expected. We arrived and our room was not ready although I had received confirmation it was. Either way it was passed Check In Time (3pm / 1500). The woman I spoke to was completely unhelpful and kept telling me I was wrong and even tried to hang up. The cleaning crew and Hugo (tech) were the only helpful ones. Then the TV was not working, which i was going to be ok with but then the air was not working & they made me pay day 1 because I couldn't prove it said there was air. I was with a 1 year old and we absolutely could not stay. I am still waiting on my refund. Absolutely do not recommend.

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.
Nicht weit entfernt zum Eifelturm (ca. 15 min zu Fuß). Parkmöglichkeit Tiefgarage ca. 10 min zu Fuß.
Für einen Kurztrip sehr zu empfehlen.

어찌나 당황했던지 전화도 안받아 메일도 안봐..
나만 오류가 아니었나봄 .딴 투숙객을 만났는데 번호를 눌러도 안먹히는거 보니 나랑 같은 오류!!
불편..차라리 호텔로 가는게 맘편하지.
그리고 두번째 현관문 열고 들어가면 001방이라 바로 내방인데 새벽 밤 ..사람들이 지나가는 문소리 다들림.!
이 방은 무슨 관리인이 있어야 하는방일듯..
두번째 문 바로 앞이라...
그리고 전등..껌뻑 껌뻑 거림..전기도 제대로 안갈고 ..완전 별로이지만 위치만 좋음!

The management of this property changed 2 days prior to our arrival. We were reliant on connecting to the wifi to access the digital key required for entry.
Upon arrival, there were 4 other guests having issues entering. They changed the wifi password several times without communication. Being stuck outside, in the dark, while its raining and unable to get inside...this happened MANY times. It felt unsafe and unacceptable! Then to communicate with new management, one must use "WhatsApp" to chat to receive new wifi passwords to FINALLY gain access to the building and unit.

숙소상태는 사진과 크게 다르지 않고 종류가 많으니 시설과 인원수를 잘 따져보고 예약하기를 권장합니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 것이 매우 맘에 들었지만 화장실이 작은 것은 다소 불편했습니다. 전체적인 크기나 시설은 2명 여행객에게는 적당하고 아이포함 4인가족은 살짝 작을 수 있습니다. 소파베드를 써서 12세 아이 둘 포함, 네명이 이용했는데 살짝 좁은 것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 온라인 비대면 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 문제없었고 버츄얼 키도 너무 편리하고 좋았네요. 무엇보다 맞은편에 학교가 있어서 아침저녁으로 어린이들이 거리에 가득한것이 그 분위기도 너무 활기차고 밝고 안전한 동네인 것 같아 좋았습니다. 주변에 도보권에 라파예트 갤러리 분점같은 대형 쇼핑몰과 센강 산책도 가능하고 에펠탑과 비르하켐 다리도 걸어갔습니다.

추가로 한국인들이나 한식을 좋아하시는 분들이라면 주변에 엄청많은 한식당과 K마트가 도움이 되실 것 같네요. 다음에 또 기회가 된다면 Yays에서 숙박을 고려할 것 같습니다.

엘리베이터가 없는 것은 불편하지만 딱 입장, 퇴장 2번만 힘들면 되는거라 문제는 없을 것 같네요. 엘베없이 짐을 못옮길 수준이라면 어차피 크기가 안맞을 듯하니 그게 문제는 아닐거라 생각합니다. 짐을 바로 그곳에 맡기지 못하는 것은 유일한 단점입니다.

참고로 저는 203호에 묵었고 4인 가족 이용객입니다.

It was perfect.

Communication was terrible. There’s no reception everything is virtual and they don’t answer right away. Their policy said they have cancellation and when you want to cancel, they say they don’t have any cancellation policy. I literally went in for half an hour and left because it was unbearable. There’s no elevator. They put me in the third floor, I had luggage The room was very, very hot. They only have a tiny little fan that does literally nothing.

에어컨과 엘리베이터가 조금은 아쉬웠지만 그것 말고는 모두 좋았습니다 너무 친절하시고 깔끔한 숙소 상태가 마음에 많이 들었습니다.

The apartment was perfectly located and the hosts were very communicative and obliging.
The one bedroom with sleeper couch apartment was a little small for 4 people to share, otherwise it was lovely!

i like the location to the metro and attractions. safe walking to granelle streets is well lit. I just kept the windows open at night as it can get muggy inside. the bathroom is excellent size for us. the bed is comfortable.

Very modern room with a comfortable bed and great shower! Kitchen well equipped. Room was a good size (bearing in mind this is Paris) and had very good lighting even by North American standards. There are two metro stations nearby on different lines which makes getting around easy. The neighbourhood has multiple grocery and specialty food stores (bakeries, butchers, fish, cheese, wine). There is a school across the street but I can’t see this is a problem unless you are a late riser. We actually enjoyed watch the kids arrive and play in the yard.
The only issue we had is that the electronic access info was not sent to our email as we had been told. Instead is was (apparently) sent to WhatsApp which we don’t use. As a result we waited, jet lagged, for an email that never showed up. It was resolved quickly once we worked out how to call Yays (in the Netherlands).
Bottom line: we would stay here again.

Overall great place, modern site, ekeys etc and contact with the owners before. I would have loved a short introduction manuelt etc for the microwave etc- my only annoyance was there was no insulation on the Windows and being on Ground floor meant that every smoke break and entering was loud - on night i was woken up 6 times around 2am becauce a renter above took smokebreaks banging Doors in and out and had loud smalltalks next to the Windows-im a city Girl and used to the appartment noices and street noices but here is was a but to much

Super fin lejlighed. Lidt lille men det viste vi på forhånd og det var ikke der vi skulle opholde os vi skulle kun spise og sove. Vi fik arrangeret parkering på et andet yays hotel da der ikke var parkering til lejligheden det var lækkert og god service.

Great location in a quiet residential area very close to two metro stations! Staffs were friendly and helpful over phones and texing. This will be our stay again next time when we visit Paris.

Hotel room was great and hotel was and part indeed. Close to metro station. There was super market nearby and a pastry shop which were great. Only thing was there is no lift. It was healthy to climb stairs but a bit tiring for us.

There is mini kitchen and refrigerator that is very convenient. I stayed very comfortable. If I have a chance I will use it.
