Good value for money
Pros:

I enjoyed the large room, cozy bed and warm environment. The restaurant at the 16th floor is good for breakfast and meals, with a panoramic view of the city. I liked the view over the city and double exposure of the room.
Toilet was spacious and with all amenities, and slippers were included which is great.

Cons:

They were doing works at weekend in the middle of the night, from 11pm ahead to 3am.
Staff is kind and available although they do not speak English so communication is very limited.
Also no vendor machine is available on site.

An excellent place to stay and I would certainly stay there again if I visit UB again.
Pros:

Location was excellent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains.

On day 3 the staff asked if there was anything else I would like for breakfast besides the items on the menu so I gave them a list and these were provided every day for the rest of my stay.

Cons:

The signs in the elevator said that breakkfast was on floor 15, whereas it was actually on floor 16.

Excellent value for money!
The hotel is very clean and comfortable!
Great breakfast buffet!
The restaurant/room service propose very good food!
Everybody is super nice and if there is a communication problem they go through reception and come back to you within minutes.

Cons:

Nothing! I was very pleased with this place.

Best hotel to relax in UB
Pros:

Fantastic food. Great staff without exception. Good spa facilities in the same building.

Cons:

Toilet was broken and wouldn't stop flushing for hours, which was quite loud.

Pros:

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле каждый раз, как приезжаю в Улан-Батор. Приятный бонус повысили номер до полулюкс. Маленький минус в номере было прохладно. Хотя для Монголии - это считается нормой
