Отличный теплый номер , хорошая кровать и постельное белье! Отличный Спа комплекс и массаж ! Массажист профессионал ! Можно было для гостей отеля вход в спа сделать бесплатным или мин цена , а Услуги платные сделать ! На ресепшен всегда можно заказать такси !

Some good, some bad.
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of choices. The food served at the "Irish Pub" was delicious.

Cons:

They didn't come to pick us up at the airport with their shuttle service, even though I had gotten confirmation from someone the day before we landed these would be there to pick us up. We asked the lady at the information desk to call the hotel on our behalf and we were just told "no one will be coming". No reason given. We were left to get a taxi to the hotel. No one at check in seemed at all concerned that we were left to our own devices, nor did they ever give us a reason for what happened, even after we chatted with them through booking.com's message center. The AC wasn't working either, even though we paid for a room with AC, and the room was boiling.

Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel, with many facilities. Breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Staff doesn't respect the quiet hours. They were making a lot of noise at 6 am or midnight, not taking into consideration that people were sleeping.

Good Value
Pros:

Great value for the price, clean and within a 20 mins walk to the main square. Located on the western side of the city which is convenient for beating traffic when coming from/to the airport. I checked out at 4am and was given a packed breakfast to go which was a great gesture.

Cons:

The mattress sagged the moment I slept on it, I’m not sure if it’s a one off case but it didn’t make sleeping comfortable.
