Pros:

My room was nice, and staff was sweet. My only complaint is that on the booking site, it didn't explain that you need to call the hotel to schedule shuttle from airport.

It was ok.......room for improvement
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned everyday.

Cons:

Location was confusing to get to. Light encasing the mirror was broken. Towels looked dingy (maybe it was the lighting). Didnt have handsoap and lotion on the wall like other Holiday Inn Express '. Master light switch had to be on to charge devices right between the beds. Couldnt charge phones at night without having the light on. Both lamps beside the beds didnt work. Breakfast wasnt the greatest. Pancake machine broke right before my son went to use it.

Thank you for your friendly employees and my breakfast was great
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The only thing was that our tv didn’t work. We were tired anyways so we didn’t complain

Overall, I can't complain.I would definitely recommend this place to others

Easy tast checking in and everyone was courteous nice place to stay over

Cons:

I believe when serving eggs should be cooked in a more healthier way. Instead of adding cheese and all that stuff to the eggs

I would book again at this hotel, price for 2 nights were very good.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was mid., the pool was not working. And we got stuck in the elevators. Not much to do around the area.

Dirty, stinky, no pool access

Cons:

Everything, advertised pool, but pool could not be used. Was closed due to needing a permit from the city. Was told that we could use pool at sister property, walked to sister property and they denied us entry to the pool, said it was for their guests only. The room stank, it smelled like dog urine and there was a burn mark in the floor between the beds. There was feces on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet and the paint was peeling above the shower.
