Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made my stay pleasant overall.

Cons:

The only downside is that the staff was not particularly warm or welcoming. They seemed quite formal and a bit rigid, and I didn’t really feel that “at home” atmosphere during my stay.

Perfect
Pros:

Solo female traveller, I liked everything about this hotel. The room was big and brand new. I was at the Raddisson the week before for double the price, and honestly I saw no difference.
Felt very safe here and also had a meal at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was very nice.

Pros:

The hotel is good for foreigners and has everything we need and is very nice , big size rooms and well equipped.

Cons:

The staffs needs more push for client services. They need trainings or have to put some determination or encouraging factors. They are not too responsive

Would not stay there again!

The only positive thing I can say is that we got out of the booking and were only charged for that one night we stayed.

Cons:

When you enter the hotel it looks good on first sight but everything else is rather “meh”. The carpeted floor is super old and has an unpleasant smell. The toilet was crooked and the bathroom fittings full of limescale and rust. Definitely not 5 star standard.
The rooftop pool looks so nice on the fotos but theres no staffed bar and everything is dusty.
The breakfast buffet was shockingly bad. The tables weren’t set, the presentation was bad and I had a piece of plastic in my idli and even found a hair. Masala chai was super bitter.
We left after the first night.
Reception staff left their desk and went to the back when I approached reception even they saw me coming, I waited for a few minutes and then left when nobody came back.

Le personnel désagréable. Tous les aménagements extérieurs et notamment la piscine dans un état lamentable (pas conforme aux photos). Le restaurant très moyen.

Highly recommended staying here if you’re in town for a couple of days. Rooftop pool, fantastic restaurant and staff.

Et fint og stort hotell, men dårlig kommunikasjon og frokost
Pros:

Det var et veldig flott hotell, store rom og pent. Veldig rent. Føltes komfortabelt

Cons:

Fremstår som at hotellet, eksempelvis takterrassen med fordel kunne blitt bedre vedlikeholdt. Frokosten var ikke så imponerende, og dessverre trekker det ned at de ansatte var overraskende dårlige i engelsk, derfor vanskelig å kommunisere med.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Hôtel style un peu rococo mais ce n'est qu un détail. Petit déjeuner correct . Belle piscine sur le toit. Très propre. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables

Cons:

Seul bémol , à côté de la piscine se trouve un groupe de ventilation ou autre qui fait du bruit et gâche un peu le plaisir.
