El hotel estuvo bien, adecuado a nuestro propósito, la habitación doble fue sencilla, las camas individuales están bien, lo único es que la manta es muy delgada y con el aire acondicionado se sintió frío. No hay wifi disponible.

Great stay

Although the place is nice, it is not possible that a Hotel that indicates on the entrance sign that it is a Luxury Hotel does not have hot water in the rooms and nobody told us. In addition there was only one shower towel for two people and not hand towel. Also the bed only has sheets, very basic and the air conditioning very noisy. The toilet paper was broken and the shower head leak water in all directions.
The best thing about the hotel are its employees and the vegetation and sidewalks very pleasant.

Stay only if you need a stop over on the way. Staff unfriendly, tried to overcharge on an internet booking. Did not make any effort to understand my Spanish. Room large, with tv, no fridge or coffee facilities. No hot water. Torn sheet on one bed, flat pillows. Pool area is nice, but had loud music from other guests.

Muy practico, súper limpio. Lo usamos para descansar la noche del viernes, y sábado en las mañana salimos hacia las playas.

Good for one or to nights while in Nicoya. Staff were pleasant and rooms were fine. Nice green grounds and they were constantly trying to keep it nice. It would be nice to include breakfast for a couple more dollars. Refrigerator and microwave in room which you don;t always find.

Je pense que nous avons été surclassé. La chambre est très belle, le lit géant, canapé, frigo, micro ondes, bouilloire, écran plat, verres, table et chaises, la salle de bain immense. Beau et grand complexe avec piscine. Resto avec prix plus qu’abordables. Seuls bémols le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et on entend pas mal la route

El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y no enfría bien. Las camas muy pequeñas
La ropa de cama muy básica. Una única toalla y fea y pequeña. No alfombra en el baño.

bueno quedarse en el area nueva, la parte antigua nada que ver deberian de terminar de quitarla, el restaurante del frente del hotel muy bueno, se quejaron al llegar por que habia reservado por Hotel.com, pero no les quedo de otra que aceptar la estadia dicen que ellos ya eliminaron el contrato con hotel.com por que no les pagan a tiempo y hotel.com les sigue aceptando reservaciones.

We have stayed here many times over the past 8 years and have always enjoyed it. We stay in the rooms with hot water so all rooms are ground level. This time the rooms seemed to have more ants and tiny bugs crawling around. It may have just been the time of year since we have not visited this region in late July/early August previously. The staff has always been very accommodating and the wait staff in the restaurant is great. It has been nice to see the same people working there over the past 8 years and to be recognized when we come in. The addition of the outdoor exercise equipment in the pool area since our last visit (two years ago) was fun to see.

Al inicio un poco difícil, ya que me decían que la reserva era solo para una persona. Pero después lo aceptaron y fue muy buena la atención y el lugar muy bonito

Was a very good option specially if you have trips for work in that área
