Comfy bed beautiful facilities but staff is rude and they lied. And don’t want to help me get my money back.
Pros:

The bed was soooooooo comfortable

Cons:

I was lied to. I booked with booking.com but the checking wasn’t until 3pm I needed to get an early check in and was charged 131$ plus 100$ deposit plus the 148$ booking.com charged me I was told before I got there I would only be charged a few extra dollars for early check in. That was incorrect.

Pros:

I liked the room space.

Cons:

They consist with cleaning (collecting dirty towels, garbage) and you need to talk to front desk for housekeeping to complete their job. They consistently have warm juices and water from the dispensers. The pork sausages (same everyday) aren't properly cooked. The is always the same everyday. You have to collect cups for drinking downstairs because housekeeping doesn't put them in rooms. These issues cause guests to consistently purchase water from vending machines $2 in order to have cold water to drink. Housekeeping staff are rude and tell you to be quiet in the hallways when your not loud near elevator. I am very disappointed and will never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.

They charge you an additional fee for parking ABs the parking that’s available on the city street is abysmal since they’re between a highway and a housing development
