Pessimos funcionários na recepcao, mal educados, brutos e agressivos com clientes.

Cons:

Nao emitiram faturas de 4 reservas em nome solicitado no booking “campo de preenchimento fatura”. Booking e Hotel estao a fugir aos impostos devidos. Fora da lei. Aguardo fatura correta.

Pros:

Me sorprendió el tamaño de las habitaciones y la comodidad del espacio. Muy buen desayuno para empezar el día. Hay varias estaciones de metro cerca.

Cons:

El camino para caminar desde el metro hacia el hotel es bastante solo de noche, aunque no tuvimos inconvenientes
