No apto para personas con alergias
Pros:

Hotel muy centrico. Las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y limpias

Cons:

Pedí desayuno sin gluten una semana antes, llegué y no tenían nada, cuando pregunté me dijeron que me lo compraban pero que debia pagar un extra. Luego se retractaron y me dijeron que lo traerian al dia siguiente, al ver que yo llevaba pan y galletas me dijeron que no encontraron nada y nunca me trajeron desayuno. Si teneis alguna alergia sois huespedes de segunda y aunque hayais pagado igual no teneis los mismos derechos.

Incómodos colchones, relacional calidad precio bien, no es un cuatro estrellas de ningún modo
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación en pleno centro histórico. Uno de los camareros del desayuno fue muy amable.

Cons:

Los colchones pésimos, la persona de recepción que nos atendió el primer día, regular, nos respondió cosas que no eran ciertas y parecía poco interesado en responder. Como pasotas.

good hotel needs some improvements
Pros:

the hotel was in a central location in the old city, all the attractions were close by
the breakfast did not satisfy me with the coffee, the carpets, and there were flavors that I personally did not like. Attilas at the reception was very helpful, always with a smile and helped us a lot!!

Cons:

the room was small with a lot of noise from the street and the morning hours were spent in a hurry and we woke up
the service at breakfast was quite annoying because they talked loudly without considering the customers

Pros:

El buen trato dispensado por todo el personal y la ubicación en zona céntrica, próximo al transporte público y a la Mezquita Azul, Santa Sofía, Cisterna, Gran Bazar...

Cons:

No habían retirado los plásticos protectores a las ventanas recién puestas. Una de ellas el tirador no cerraba completamente. En la ducha del baño no había para colgar la alcachofa por lo que debía agarrarla para usarla. Los colgadores de toalla se habían desprendido y no los habían reparado. La habitación era la ultima planta y durante las noches se oía un generador permanentemente.
Son detalles subsanables que se deben cuidar. Cuando viajas por ocio no te gusta percibir falta de mantenimiento.

موقعها قريب جداً من جميع الخدمات ،، محطة الترام ، جامع السلطان احمد ، ايا صوفيا وايضاً السوق المصري ، الافطار جميل يفتح الساعه والنصف الى العاشرة ويجتوي على بوفيه فيه أصناف مشكله

Cons:

لايوجد الا مصعد واحد لكنه يفي بالغرض ، عزل الصوت ليس جيداً بما يكفي ، الغرف ليست كبيره جداً كما هو الحال في كل فنادق هذه المنطقة
