Excelente o atendimento de Martin e da equipe do restaurante. São muito acolhedores, se preocupam com nosso vem-estar. Foi o melhor café da manhã de toda viagem de 22 dias pela Turquia!!!

Cons:

Não é que eu não gostei, mas sim uma sugestão: sugiro que no banheiro (pelo menos senti falta no que eu fiquei hospedada) tenha lugar para se colocar toalhas e roupas no banheiro!

Столовая-грязные окна, мусор на входе. #302 Вид из окна мусорные баки, весь день и ночь мусор скидывают в баки хлопает крышка. В ванной запах канализации. В #502 и #503 круглосуточно гудит что-то в перекрытиях.

Couple upgraded from New Zealand.
Pros:

Originally we booked double or queen, however a smell was coming from the bathroom and night manager Burak found another room same day we arrived and upgraded us to a triple room which also had alot of extra space which we were very happy with. Burak was very kind and always offered to provide dinner to us if we hadn't eaten yet. Burak was lovely had lots of conversations.All the staff including Atilla & Adem, (Kitchen staff Tammy & Aysun were lovely). We were treated very well by everyone. Daily clean, towels, water & coffee/tea provided. Mini fridge was great. Shower plenty hot water a great pressure. We had a fantastic time in Istanbul 14 Nights. Location was the best, 5min walkor so to Blue Mosque and surrounding tourist features. In other direction 5min or so walk to Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was more suited to European tastes but we enjoyed the cereals. Second time Istanbul. Thank you, Tina & Shane.

Cons:

We were staying level 5 and the outside noise traffic & people was constant with no sound proofing, however to be fair we did book near sultanahmet for location so outside noise level expected.
