Awesome hotel, great location, would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Good selection, area organized and clean. Food quality was good.

Cons:

My room was by an exit on the first floor and when people came in and out there was a sound of air rushing in, almost like a unit was turning on to help maintain indoor temp.

The last time I was in Mt. Vernon, Holiday Inn Express was not even a thing.
Pros:

The staff is professional and friendly, very helpful and funny in a good way.

Cons:

There was a loose tile in my bathroom, but that's the only complaint. It did not affect my stay or impact my opinion of the room.

My day was short and sweet great room great hotel good breakfast that’s it
Pros:

Breakfast was great after breakfast. I needed some ice for a cooler. It was provided from the breakfast guy wonderful service. The survey is demanding too much typing even talk to text a little comment is enough don’t be greedy. How’s that?

Cons:

Nothing could be better. The survey asked too many questions that could be better. Two or three sentences. Seems kind of stupid if I had a problem I’d let you know. I think the problem is the survey. The hotel was great. The survey sucks.
