Good
My room was 80 degrees and they even switched rooms and that one was worse. The air did not work and the staff just offered another room switch. I slept horrible
Staff was wonderful Room was clean , bed was comfortable
Our shower was disgusting. It was full of black mold and had an 8 inch long deep crack in the shower wall.
The rooms were very clean, and the free breakfast was delicious! Everyone working was very kind and helpful. I will stay here again!
Breakfast was nice. The service attendant was very good. Efficient, helpful and very polite.
The hotel was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and coffee was hot.
It was very clean and the staff was top notch! We forgot milk for my granddaughter and the staff jumped at the chance to get us some from the breakfast area. All the staff was very personable and accommodating.
My 8 year old granddaughter said the windows were too clean after she went head first into what she thought was an open door! 🤣
The breakfast was very good. The location was right off the interstate for our travel and easily accessible. The room was nice and the shower was very good.
We were unable to switch from air conditioning to heat. The thermostat kept going back to the cool setting. Fortunately, the outside temperature was warm enough that we were able to get by just fine with the fan setting.
Room was clean and the staff was nice.

Everything was well maintained, the breakfast was exceptional. There was nothing that they didn’t have.
We had a bad stay in this hotel last March but this year our stay was smooth. We slept well which is the most important thing to me. The bed was comfortable…we did not get one soft and one firm pillow as advertised. All pillows were firm (soft is my preference). The tv is terrible and there is no guide….if you care about the tv, don’t stay here. The shower was great, good water pressure and clean. Only 2 bath towels provided which is not ideal. Women with long hair need 2 bath towels just for their self. A lot of choices at breakfast and Lorenzo is the best breakfast coordinator I’ve ever seen in any hotel. He is so nice and helpful and keeps the breakfast area well stocked and clean. I’m still waiting for my refund of half my points paid from our stay last year where we had a room with a broken window facing the interstate.

Why did I give this hotel a 5 this year? Because we slept well, the shower was great, and Lorenzo was working the breakfast area.
