Pros:

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, sehr gemütliche Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ( mit Lift)Bilder entsprechen der Realität ( was nicht überall so ist). Straßenbahn vor der Tür, super Anbindung in die Innenstadt/Hbf und dem Flughafen.

Pros:

Es war super sauber. Die Lage war für unsere Planung perfekt. Obwohl es an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt , war es sehr leise. Das ein und auschecken ist sehr unkompliziert.
Wir haben netterweise sogar ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, was absolut lieb war. Die Ausstattung hat alles gegeben was man braucht. Auch kann man morgens in Ruhe in dem nett gestaltetem Aufenthaltsraum einen Kaffee trinken.
Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder buchen.

Degene met wie ik contact had (van een andere locatie) was heel vriendelijk en heeft me geholpen en alles uitgelegd, waardoor het toch gelukt is daar te verblijven en m'n ervaring positiever uitgepakt heeft.

In het complex zelf was het rustig. Natuurlijk hoor je wel de trams enzo.

Cons:

Na 20.00 uur kun je niet meer inchecken. Dit staat niet expliciet op hun site of op booking. Ik heb me in allerlei mogelijke bochten moeten wringen dit voor elkaar te krijgen.
Bij aankomst bleek het personeel ziek te zijn en was er dus niemand om me binnen te laten. Er was hierover niet gecommuniceerd.

Het was erg warm in de kamer bij binnenkomst.
