Excellent location with big rooms

Extremely helpful and courteous English speaking staff at Reception. Though my first room was noisy from external noise. Buy was given a better sea view room when i extended my stay.

The location in the Trabzon square is convenient to surrounding shops, The hotel condition is dated. Staff unhelpful. They don’t speak English.

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Vuslat. The hotel was perfectly situated for the main square - restaurant and main shopping area. The hotel was very nice and the room allocated was clean and comfortable. The room / hotel had secure wifi which was very good. The breakfast selection was good and all the staff I encountered during my stay were very courteous and helpful. Thank you.

It was a wonderful stay and the hotel services was good and understandable abput guest requests

The room smelled very bad, obviously this hotel has a very old sewer water system, a very bad smell was coming out of the bathroom.
A lot of noise was coming from the room above ours and the type of guests they had obviously was terrible.
Bell boy and receptionist were very helpful, breakfast could be a lot better than what they served, for God sake they had 5 different kinds of cheese and mostly tasted the same, no coffee was served only lousy tea, in another word they could serve other kinds of food instead of serving 5 kinds of cheese and 5 kinds of jam!
When we checked in thete was no toilet paper in the room so We had to ring the reception to bring it to us, didn't they clean the room and prepare it for the new coming guests! There was nothing in the mini bar, not even juices! Why to bother having unplugged mini bar in the room!
Most guests where not wearing any face masks, and freely using the elevator and roaming in the public area.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, I've been in tourism industry for 26 years, I've used much smaller and simpler hotels in my life, even hostels, so I didn't enjoy staying at this hotel at all.

After reaching hotel room after a long flight, took a shower and sat on the chair to dry up, suddenly the usher opened the door with another customer. Went down to complain about this, and the reciption said we didnt do anytging wrong

I asked for a quiet room and it wasn't bad. There's a Dolumus Station behind it which was noisyish during the day but fine at night. The breakfast was fine and as much as you could eat. The staff were all friendly but not much english spoken except for one guy who I only saw in the evening. Location is great for the town centre and the room was clean and comfortable with good A.C. and a good sized bathroom. All in all a good experience.

Close proximity to Centre of Trabzon. Very kind and nice manager, helpful with great suggestions. Difficult to find when driving into town. Rooms are large and roomy.

Fantastic place to stay. In the centre of Meydan. Tourist info centre in Meydan is very helpful. Staff are lovely especially owner I think who was there most of the time ensuring things were running smoothly. Shopping, food, entertainment all within a couple of minutes walk. Room large and comfortable.

Really nice hotel with good facilities and close to everything. Excellent room except they turn off the A/C cycle in October so the room gets too warm. Something to do with Gov. regulations? Breakfast A bit ordinary. A must is the Hagia Sofia church / mosque. Now a museum it was previously a Greek church and then a mosque. A lot of interesting controversy. Lots of historic murals. Evidence of its Christian and Muslim history. Also visited Karaca Caves. Well worth the visit. An interesting ancient cave system in the mountains with lots of stalactites and stalagnites. Get there with a local tour company, in a small group, near the hotel.
