Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.

夜行バスで朝6時半頃到着しました。追加料金はかかりましたが、すぐにチェックインさせてもらえたのでシャワーを浴びて着替え、観光に出かけることができました。また、追加料金には朝食も含まれていて、とてもありがたかったです。翌日は空港バスを利用しましたが、空港バスのバス停も近く大変便利でした。

Very conveniently located across the street from the main bus terminal, so easy to get to Pamukkale by a Dolmus and catch an intercity bus. Rooms are clean and spacious for a Turkish hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you're planning on going to Pamukkale/Hierapolis.

空港パス、パムッカレ行きのパスの案内が日本語のプリントで用意されていました。実際に乗りたい飛行機について尋ねると、パスの時間をパソコンで提示してくれて、助かりました。朝食会場でペットボトルの水を追加でくださいました。

Very clean and comfortable hotel with nice breakfast. Right next to the bus terminal, so we could go see Pamukkale after checkout leaving luggage at the lobby until we leave Denizli for another city. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are a bit small but good enough for a short stay.

Very helpful staff, who print all the info a guest needs including how to get to the tourist sites. Great buffet breakfast. Excellent location, 50 metres away from the city bus terminal. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. Very fast wifi everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Düğün için Bursadan geldik 1 gece konakladık. Personel ilgili, odalar ve ortak alanlar temiz. Biz sadece sabah kahvaltısı almıştık tercih seçeneğimiz fazlaydı. Şehir merkezinde güvenerek kalabileceğimiz bir yer laodikya. Tekrar görüşmek üzere. Her şey için teşekkürler

Great location for bus, train and Dolmus. Easy to get to Laodicea, Pamukkale/Hieropolis and nearby cities. Hotel.mucb more swanky than the pictures show. Extensive breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável, porém com pouca iluminação. Chuveiro horrível, quebrado saindo um jato no meio desse (ver a foto). Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã Ok. Para uma noite Ok, para quem for a Pamukkale e passar uma noite em Denizli.

Resepsiyondan kahvaltı salonuna kadar hizmet çok iyi, personel mükemmeldi. İlk gün otel sahibi Murat Beyin ilgisi ve tavsiyeleri Denizli’yi çok daha iyi tanımamızı sağladı. Kahvaltı salonunu yöneten İbrahim Bey ve Eslem Hanım çok iyiydiler. İsmini sayamadığımız tüm diğer çalışanlar da mükemmeldi. Tekrar Denizli’ye geldiğimizde aynı otelde kalırız. 아침 9시 반에 갔는데 체크인 해주셨어요. 조식이 원래 10유로인데 5유로에 추가 해주셔서 먹었어요 ㅎ 나름 괜찮았음
방은 깨끗하고 담배냄새도 안나고 아주 쾌적했어요. 침대는 끄트머리가 좀 꺼졌지만 자는데에는 불편하지 않았고 객실은 조용...한줄 알았는데 아침 되니까 다른 방 문 여닫는 소리 잘 들렸음ㅋㅋ
창문을 약간 열고싶었지만 통유리라 불가능. 이전 숙소가 워낙 그지같았어서 여기는 진짜 너무 만족스러웠어요 ㅋㅋ 아니 이전 숙소랑 비교하지 않아도 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ
리셉션도 친절하고 ㅎㅎ 언젠가 데니즐리 다시 오게되면 또 여기 묵을듯!!!

Clean place and helpful staff. At the check in front desk will give all directions you need it for a trip in Pamukkale. Bus station close to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of choices.

Excellent hotel, I think you can't go wrong staying here and I would be happy to stay again. It is nice and modern inside, the staff were excellent and helped me with my plans visiting pamukkale and laodikea along with my onward travel.

The room is nice and comfy, I found the wifi to be very good.

The breakfast could be better. It was fine the one morning I had it. It is a standard turkish continental, but a lack of satisfying proteins (boiled eggs, etc). I skipped it on my check-out day rather than wake up early to get it.

The best part of this hotel is how close it is to the bus station, there is a secure entrance across the road and I had an easy time walking there with my luggage from the train.

100% would book again.

The gentleman who was in charge of the reception for the morning of April 21st took great care of me. (Sadly, I forgot his name). I was tired of the night bus, and he helped me out kindly with the check-in and useful informations for going to Pamukkale. The location is perfect for a quick trip by the bus terminal. However, it was a bit noisy from construction on the building, and could need more soundproof. Overall, had a nice one night trip in Denizli. Thanks!
