We reached Hotel early morning and host gave us our room at 09:00 AM, 5 hours before check-in time :)

Cons:

Breakfast was pure and when something finish they rarely renew, so if you go late for breakfast almost nothing to eat.

Lovely place, friendly, polite and helpful staffs.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, al, the facilities were working. It was old and Morden structure fussed together. Nice and calm

The lobbies leading to the rooms were quite small

Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I went through a very difficult situation during my stay, and they went above and beyond to support and help me. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference, and I will always be grateful for that.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Cons:

The hotel itself was spotless ,everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained. On top of that, the breakfast was simply outstanding, with a fantastic variety of delicious options to start the day right

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.... απλά επειδή είμαι 1.90 η ντουζιέρα ήταν λίγο μικρότερη..... αλλά γενικά ήταν όλα υπέροχα....το συνιστώ!!! Πολύ καλοί οι άνθρωποι εδώ στο ξενοδοχείο και γενικά όλα υπέροχα.

They are cheating I already have reservations and when I arrive from airport around 4 morning and super tired they told me sorry we didn’t have any available room for you it’s all full it was so bad I told them I payed already how that possible they said yeah we will take u to other hotels to stay until morning and then u come back here at first I refuse but they told me u are wasting time I had no choice and they took me walking with all luggage me and my wife we were walking so hard for 15 minutes to other hotel called Diamonds when we arrived they also told us we don’t have any available room for u can you imagine How ridiculous and we went back to hotel also walking and they told us there is new hotel in Fatih but we should go by car and I used my car to their it’s taken about 25 minutes we were soooooo tired I don’t know how that’s possible I am requesting compensation regarding this matter.
