Pros:

A very neat hotel with a great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. It was a great stay all in all.

Cons:

Felt that the housekeeping was not 100% every day. The room and bathroom were clean, but somehow it wasn't vacuumed all over and the refills for the bathroom amenities were not done properly neither.

Unsere erste Übernachtung auf den Azoren

Auf unserer Reise von Hamburg auf die Insel Faial hatten wir eine Zwischen-Übernachtung im Hotel Neat Hotel Avenida. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Ponta Delgada und es sind nur wenige Schritte zur schönen Promenade. Wir bekamen das Zimmer 515, ein gut ausgestattetes Standardzimmer. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein gutes Lichtkonzept und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz unserer späten Anreise.

Cons:

Die großen Kopfkissen waren sehr fest und ungeeignet für ein entspanntes Schlafen. Das Badezimmer wirkte wie „in die Jahr gekommen“ und duschen musste man in der Badewanne – das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für den Kaffeebereiter gab es leider keine Kapseln. Es wurden nur Tassen zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Frühstücksbereich gegenüber der Rezeption ist nicht einladend – wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht.

The crew is very very good and nice

Cons:

It's a big issue that it's not pointed out from the start that an hotel this big doesn't have a parking lot.
The closest free parking is 10 min walk. We stayed for a week and it was a real hustle to walk twice a day or pay a full price in the payed parking lots

Nice and refreshing hotel
Pros:

The bed sheets are very cozy. The room is very nice, with a pleasant and practical design. Cleaning ladies are nice and well dressed also. Location is perfect, there is a shop right behind the hotel. I also like that they have a free ironing room on the first floor. Breakfast was nice and personal very helpful. I had an early morning flight and they opened the breakfast area just for me, so I can have breakfast before I left. Also, if you need a taxi, they can arrange one for you.

Cons:

One day, the cleaning lady did not change my foot towel, I don't know why. I placed it under the other used towels on the floor, as they require when you want them to be changed.

Nice hotel, but facilities need to be renovated.
Pros:

Vers comfortable bed, quiet room to the back, good location.

Cons:

Every morning it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Other travellers reportes the same, but at the reception they sent room service to do something about it, however it didn‘t improve. Only after four nights, they were able to offer a room change.

Nous avons demandé le Wifi tous les jours mais l’accès internet via le réseau de l’hôtel nous été bloqué.
