During Ramadan, from 02 April 2022 to 30 April 2022, Iftar Ramadan is served in lieu of dinner and Suhour is served in lieu of breakfast. Rates including breakfast are substituted with Suhour. Rates including dinner are substituted with Iftar Ramadan.

During Ramadan, from March 11, 2024, to April 10, 2024, morning breakfast will be replaced by suhour. For non-Muslims in the morning, normal breakfast is available.

Staff was horrible and not welcoming.. a cleaner was helping the receptionist.. he would have the authority to argue the customer while the customer is speaking with the receptionist?? And he would not shut his mouth.. even when customer asks what his role he is dominating the argue?? So it was very bad experience for me.. plus the heater wasn’t working.. I reported the matter and the fixed it.. but this issue should be examined before giving the room..

موقع الفندق حلو مش مرة بعيد من وسط البلد

كنت في الدور الخامس والغرفة اضاءتها مرة ضعيفة ومعتمدين بس على اضاءات الابجورات يلي هم 2 بس ومافي اضاءة بالسقف والوضع كان مزعج بالليل تحس الغرفة معتمة وتجيك الضيقة ولما كلمتهم ك عشان اضاءة اضافية قالوا كذا تصميم الفندق واحس مش منطقي
الريسبشن اغلب الوقت مافيه احد وتعاملهم مش احسن شي
سعر الفندق بالنسبة للخدمة يعتبر مرتفع
وجبة الفطور برمضان رجعت سحور ماكان اوبن بوفيه كانوا يطلعوا السحور بالطلب للغرفة والاكل الله يعز النعمة ماكان كويس تحس له فترة طويلة متبرد ويرجعوا يسخنوه
