Great value for money
Pros:

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The apartments are in a quiet location, with good outdoor space.

Cons:

The wifi was not really strong enough to use in the room, but it was fine downstairs in the communal areas. The bathroom is very compact. The crockery we requested was a bit of a random selection, but it was enough for us to have breakfast.

Nice cheap apartments. There was all needed in the room, except there was a missing warm blanket for one bed. Additionally, the balcony lock was broken., so felt a bit unsafe as we could not lock the door. Booking shows a wrong location, the place is about 100 m in a different street. Need to change that. Good value for money.

Brilliant cozy property

The property is amazing

Cons:

There are frequent electricity and water outages in the city but the owners were really helpful and informed us beforehand & also helped us in this regard as well.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were spacious and bed comfy. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The shower room was quite small but worked perfectly fine. We would have preferred some cooking facilities as there wasn't any option for breakfast, etc, on site as their sister hotel was closed (it hadn't yet opened for the new season).

Удобное расположение, удобно для выгула собаки. Маленький, уютный отель, очень чисто. Приветливый хозяин. Есть парковка. Балкон с мебелью, бассейн, есть терраса.

Cons:

В ванной комнате не работает выключатель, верхний свет и сломан держатель душа. На кухне только мойка, плиты нет, посуды нет.

very comfortable and enjoyable , but ruined at the end by booking.com

comfortable sleep. owner and staff friendly and helpful. quiet area. not far from centre of dalyan. the owner went out of his way to help rearrange return taxi transfer as booking.com had arranged it too early by 10 hours. booking.com customer service unhelpful and rude.

Cons:

no problems. booking.com unhelpful. taxi arranged too early by booking.com. customer service at booking.com rude.
booking.com ruined the last stages of our holiday

Perfect 2 night stay
Pros:

Great two night stay at Calypso Cosy hotel . Great location as short walk to main centre of Dalyan . Only saw one member of staff really who dealt with our check in and check out and had a great chat with him at the bar one evening. Lovely friendly guy and sorry we forgot his name. Great value for money and would definitely stay again. Andy and Jacquie from Norwich , England
