Genau, was wir erwartet haben.

God beliggenhed , super morgenmad og Parkering med opladning velfungerende .
Pros:

Meget fin morgenmad , men et minus man ikke var villig til at åbne tidligere for de mange marathon løbere

Cons:

Personale reception meget lidt usamarbejdsvillige og havde ikke styr på bookinger og deres eget system

For lidt med 2 elevatorer til så mange gæster

Das die U Bahn Sation direkt vor dem Hotel war. Was das Reisen in Hamburg sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Cons:

Das wir noch auf die Zimmer warten mussten.
Wir waren ca 10 minuten vor dem offiziellen Check in dort gewesen und man sagte uns wir müssten 20 minuten warten und das man uns bescheid sagen würde. Was leider nicht passiert ist sondern erst auf erneuter Nachfrage.

Als Entschädigung gab es bei der ab Reise Getränke, wo wir leider im Zug erst festgestellt hatten das diese abgelaufen waren.

Pros:

Die Lage in Hafencity war sehr gut und fußläufig konnten wir das neue Westfield -Center, die Landungsbrücken und die Innenstadt erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad sehr gut und es gab eine separate Toilette. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und wenn man Glück hatte, gab es einen Platz mit Blick aufs Wasser. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Generally in good condition. Could be better with minor improvements.
Pros:

The staff was very helping and kind. Good location and nice deco for the lobby. Also, big space for a room.

Cons:

People were keep stealing and ignoring queue and we wasted about 15-20 minutes. It would be better to be clear in and out sign for the reception.

Also, one of a bath towel was contaminated. Maybe it could be in better condition with care.

Ein tolles Hotel in der Hafencity.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Das war natürlich morgens beim Aufwachen sehr schön. Leider haben sich bei uns im Zimmer so einige Woll-Mäuse verlaufen und der Boden war sehr staubig. Das könnte etwas besser geputzt werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer für 2 Personen ausreichend und hochwertig.

Die Lage direkt in der Hafencity ist natürlich toll. Man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit einem kleinen Spaziergang durch die Speicherstadt direkt an den Landungsbrücken. Wir waren wegen eines Konzertbesuchs im Stadion zu Gast und konnten alles problemlos in ca. 50 Minuten mit den ÖPNV erreichen.

Das Auto kann man bequem für knapp 20 € am Tag in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

Cons:

"Nicht gefallen" ist zu schwer gesagt. Aber das Frühstück ist schon recht teuer und hier fehlte mir das "gewisse Etwas". Es war definitiv ausbaufähig. Man wird satt, aber es ist kein Highlight mit besonderen Komponenten.
