Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage mit U-Bahn-Zugang vor dem Haus, geräumige, saubere Zimmer und trotz der vielen jungen Familien angenehm leise. Auch wenn wir es nicht brauchten: tolle Angebote für Kinder und für Familien-Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen

Un quattro stelle con un meno davanti
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino al centro Stazione metro praticamente in hotel. Colazione apprezzabile, molta scelta di salato: pane, salumi, formaggi, uova ecc pochissimi alimenti dolci e nessuna fetta di torta. Spazi ampi e camera con metratura adeguata (sui 25 mq). Deposito bagagli alla partenza in stanzino sicuro. Materassi ottimi.

Cons:

Personale alla reception educato ma distaccato e freddo. Mancanza di bidet nei bagni. Ciabatte in camera solo su richiesta; set bagno meno del minimo indispensabile (un solo prodotto che fa da shampoo, sapone, bagnoschiuma). Non accettabile in un 4 stelle.

Bad service and not worth the money!!
Pros:

Location was conveniently next to train station which would be helpful especially those with children or elderly.

Cons:

We arrived a tad earlier around 1ish and the counter lady was unbothered, unfriendly and simply said come back at 3 without even hearing anything from us. Not professional for an award hotel at all. Asked kindly if we could at least leave the luggage and she was kinda hesitant but still did it anyways. Breakfast staff find it an offence when asked what type of sausage is served because there were no food tags/label on the counter. Maybe she was stressed but there was only one person before her to attend! Disappointed much!

Das Engagement der Rezeptionistin. Spielebereich für Kinder. Gepäck Aufbewahrung.

Cons:

Hotel, war überbucht. Mussten eine Nacht in ein ausweich Quartier. Kommunikation im Hotel war dürftig. Abendessen leider sehr dürftig. Lifte waren zur Abreise überlaufen, mussten, dann die Treppe nehmen.

Guest service level needs improvement
Pros:

Proximity to the city especially the spice wharves.

Cons:

Two female staff members were nice, the others attitude was rather ambivalent not really guest focussed at all. We had cutlery that was not cleaned up after one night and we were staying two. When we took the dirty cup down to reception it couldn’t be replaced as no additional staff member.

Nooit meer terug naar Jufa hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijke receptieteam
Uitzicht op het water.

Cons:

Inrichting is absoluut niet gezellig.
Kamer onhandig hoe de deuren opengaan.
Saaie inrichting kamer.
Door ontluchting systeem hoge pieptoon.
Grote eetzaal voor het ontbijt, door inrichting gevoel in een jeugdherberg te logeren.

Es war OK
Pros:

Die Lage mit der U-Bahn war sehr gut auch fussläufig war alles sehr gut erreichbar. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, ohne viel Verkehrlärm, was auch schlafen mit offenen Fenster zulässt. Die Betten selbst waren sehr gemütlich.

Die Gepäcksaufbewahrung war äußerst hilfreich da wir einen späten Flug hatten. Es wäre auch ein "Late Checkout" möglich gewesen jedoch nur bis 14 Uhr der Reguläre Checkout ist um 12 Uhr.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, der Abfluss war in beiden Zimmern nicht ganz "sauber" dieser war leicht verstopft und die Wände haben auch schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich. Was leider jedoch eine Katastrophe war, war das essen. Backhuhn welches mehr nach Gummi schmeckt zu einem Preis wo man auch Qualität erwarten könnte hat uns entäuscht. Auch die "verwüstung" am Frühstücksbuffet wobei es hier mehr an den nicht erzogenen Kindern liegt welche das Buffet hin und wieder leicht unabetitlich hinterliesen.
