Pros:

En iyi diyebileceğim tek şey kahvaltıydı.
Sıcaklar her sabah değişse daha iyiydi.

Cons:

1-Lobide ipadlerle bilgilerin bize girdirilmesi hiç hoş değildi. Bu ön büronun yapması gereken bir şeydir.
2-Odalarda telefon olmaması hayatımda gördüğüm en saçma şeydi.
3-Odalarda telefon olmadığı için yastık ve havlu istemek için akşam lobiye inmek zorunda kaldım. 2 yastık ve 3 havlu istedim,havlular hemen geldi yastıklar gelmedi. Ertesi gün resepsiyona gittim yastıkların gelmediğini söylemek için o sefer geldi.
4-Odanın duvarları kirliydi uzun zamandır boyanmamış belli ki.
5-Banyo havlularınız çok küçük ve inceydi daha kalitei havlu kyllanmalısınız.
6-House keeping daha iyi olabilir,oda genel olarak pırıl pırıl değil bazı yerler tozluydu.

Lage hervorragend. Mit direkter Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Rezeption 24/7 besetzt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer etwas zu wenige Möglichkeiten, Kleidung im Schrank zu verstauen.
Im Bad war die Sauberkeit nicht 100 % hergestellt.
Kein Fitnessraum. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus etwas ungewöhnlich.

Frühstück gut und ausreichend
Lage top, alles bequem zu erreichen, U-Bahn Zugang direkt am Hotel
Zimmer gut, schöne Sicht auf die Norderelbe mit großem Fenster

Cons:

Boden im Zimmer hätte besser gereinigt werden können, trotz Reinigung waren immer noch Flusen und Straßendreck vorhanden
Im Badezimmer keine Handtuchhalter direkt am Waschbecken

Schönens Hotel
Pros:

Gepflegtes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Super Anbindung U4 direkt an Hotel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

Hervorragender Standort durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur U-Bahn U4 ins Zentrum und Autobus 111 zur Elbphilharmonie und Elbbrücken. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr in Ordnung.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, netter Service. Gut fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit unser E-Fahrzeug in der Hoteltiefgarage zu laden.

Cons:

Der TV funktionierte nicht richtig. War aber wohl ein Problem vom Anbieter, nicht vom Hotel selbst. Es ist schon eher teuer dort zu übernachten.
