Cons:

Das Abendessen zu teuer! Im Zimmer zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Bekleidung.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Macken
Pros:

Die direkte Anbindung an die U-Bahn und der Blick, wenn man ihn hatte. Die Bank zum Sitzen am Fenster. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich hatte meine Ohrringe im Tresor vergessen und sie wurden abgegeben und ich konnte sie nach einer Woche unkompliziert wieder abholen!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein teures Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und bekamen eines im Innenhof mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Zimmer und Sehr schrägen Blick auf den kleinen Kanal vor dem Hotel. Für drei Tage haben wir das nicht akzeptiert und bekamen ein neues im Innenhof , aber immerhin mit Blick zum Meer, wenn auch seitlich etwas eingeschränkt. Wir haben dem Hotel empfohlen, die Kategorien mehr zu splitten, damit der Frust am Anfang nicht so groß ist. Das Argument, jeder will den direkten Meerblick ist richtig, wenn man ihn gebucht hat.

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Ausgangslage für HH Sightseeing mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet was keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Cons:

Schwer enttäuscht waren wir allerdings von der Tatsache das sich die durch die heißen Tage aufgeheizten Zimmer nicht runterkühlen ließen, was der schlechten Klima-/Lüftungsanlage geschuldet ist. Die Fenster ließen sich nur einen Spalt kippen, nicht ganz öffnen.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer, tolles Hotel

Cons:

Personal war sehr reserviert, freundlich aber sämtliche Infos musste man aus ihnen rausquetschen.
Die Angestellten an der Reception haben einen Zoff zusammen ausgetragen. Der Inhalt war auch für die Gäste gut verständlich!
Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens, ebenso die Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß und sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage im Hotel ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer könnte es eine Ablage für Koffer geben.
