Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick, leider waren die Fenster sehr schmutzig und wir mussten ziemlich im die Ecke schauen

Urlaub, wie er sein sollte.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war Abwechselunggsreich und lecker. Die Bettbezüge waren, anders als von Hotels gewohnt, sehr weich (ohne das unangenehme Knistern). In den Zimmern ist eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die sich unkompliziert regeln läßt. Von Vorteil war auch, dass Toilette und Bad getrennt war. Sehr angenehm war der Frühstücksraum mit Teilweise Blick auf die Elbe. Man musste keine hundert Meter auf sicherem Terrain bis zu einem Aufzug laufen, der einem direkt zum Bahnsteig der U4 brachte, von wo aus alle Ziele in Hamburg schnellsten erreicht werden konnten. Nach ca. 10 Fußminuten ist das Überseequartier in der Hafencity zu erreichen, wo es unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einige schöne Cafes mit Blick auf die Elbe gibt. Wir konnten den Kurzurlaub wirklich genießen.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider einen muffigen Geruch im Bad aus dem Siphon im Bad feststellen müssen. Dieser sollte vielleicht mal ausgewechselt werden.
Das Hotel ist sehr auf Familien mit Kindern zugeschnitten. (Spielmöglichkeiten, eigene Kindertoiletten und Waschplätze die von der Höhe herabgesetzt sind). Dennoch ist das Hotel besonders Nachtssehr ruhig. Es gab sonst einfach nichts auszusetzen.
