Bel hôtel au confort accueillant.
Pros:

Confort, propreté et qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les personnel quoique souriant n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4🌟
Personnel bar mal formé et assez désinvolte.
Personnel à l’accueil ne parle pas très bien l’anglais et encore moins le français. Être trilingue serait basic pour un 3 🌟
Problèmes non résolu avec le département comptabilité et les prises de réservations et pas de suivi de leur part. Nous devrons solutionner le problème NOUS MÊMES avec l’aide de notre service bancaire. N’est-ce pas le rôle du service à la clientèle de poursuivre les investigations ? 🤔🤨

Nothing but water in the room. No kettle to make tea or coffee. If you want anything at all you have to go to the restaurant.

Pros:

Neues Hotel, super Ausstattung, gutes Restaurant, Pool, geräumige Zimmer, modern und neu eingerichtet.
Superfreundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel mit Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Lage an der Uni ist etwas außerhalb.

Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, Zimmer ausreichend groß, gute Ausstattung und sauber. Es gibt die Möglichkeit abends a la carte zu essen. Gerichte sehr lecker, aber auch gehobende Preise

Das Hotel war sauber und funktional, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Große Tiefgarage

Cons:

Das Restaurant und die Bar war wegen einer Geschlossenen Gesellschaft geschlossen. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn man uns dies im Vorfeld mitgeteilt hätte. Zumal es im näheren Umkreis keine weitern Essensmöglichkeiten gab.
Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren alle belegt, auch die mit Wallboxen für Elektrofahrzeuge, die meisten von Nicht-Elektroautos. Die Tiefgarage war zu mindestens 40 % leer, hatte aber keine Ladepunkte. Ich habe am nächsten Morgen an einer der 8 Wallboxen geladen, fast 2 h für 18,5 kw als Einzigster Nutzer der Wallboxen.

Très bon séjour dans une suite junior spacieuse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions réservé une suite junior qui était spacieuse et très confortable. La terrasse était également très jolie et agréable. Tout s’est très bien passé durant notre séjour.

Cons:

Le processus de check-in nous a un peu surpris. À notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous a simplement remis un iPad afin que nous saisissions nous-mêmes toutes nos informations (nom, adresse, coordonnées, etc.), pendant qu’elle attendait. Nous avons trouvé cela un peu dommage, car nous avons plutôt l’habitude que ces formalités soient prises en charge par la réception. Cela rend l’accueil un peu moins chaleureux.
