Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Würzburg... Alles da, was man braucht!
Pros:

Uns hat die Juniorsuite mit Balkon sehr gut gefallen.
Das Essen am ersten Abend im Restaurant war sehr gut!!!!
Schwimmbad und Sauna sind ebenfalls TOP...

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass am Osterwochenende (Karfreitag) die Gastronomie komplett geschlossen war, sodass man sich nicht einmal in die Bar setzen konnte, um ein frisch gezapftes Bier zu trinken.
Dass die Küche an so einem Tag mal geschlossen ist, ok!
Aber die Bar könnte sicher mit einer Person besetzt sein, wenn das Hotel an so einem langen Wochenende gut besucht erscheint.

Bel hôtel au confort accueillant.
Pros:

Confort, propreté et qualité du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les personnel quoique souriant n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4🌟
Personnel bar mal formé et assez désinvolte.
Personnel à l’accueil ne parle pas très bien l’anglais et encore moins le français. Être trilingue serait basic pour un 3 🌟
Problèmes non résolu avec le département comptabilité et les prises de réservations et pas de suivi de leur part. Nous devrons solutionner le problème NOUS MÊMES avec l’aide de notre service bancaire. N’est-ce pas le rôle du service à la clientèle de poursuivre les investigations ? 🤔🤨
