Leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Cons:

Leider war zeitgleich zu unserem Aufenthalt eine größere Veranstaltung im Hause, so dass man weder in Ruhe den Pool, noch die Aussenanlage rund um den Schwimmteich genießen konnte.
Die Seminarteilnehmerinnen sprangen tagsüber sogar nackt in den Pool…
Das Hotelpersonal war mit der Situation überfordert und auf Reklamationen erfolgte keinerlei entgegenkommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen teilweise aufgefüllt.
Dem Personal war es wichtiger, verschiedene Ecken zu putzen, als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
Das Personal beim Frühstück war durchweg launisch und schlechter Stimmung.
Alles in allem hatten wir mehr von diesem Hotel erwartet.

2 Schwachpunkte, leider
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel, gute Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten; Frühstück gut aber überteuert (€24 pp).
Zwei wirkliche Schwachpunkte:
1: Klima-anlage im Zimmer kaum wirksam: bei Ankunft 17 Uhr 24,5 grad im Zimmer; KA eingestellt auf 20 grad, Fenster und Sonnenschutz zu; Abends 24,0 grad im Zimmer, am nächsten Morgen 23,5. (Dasselbe öfters in mehreren Zimmern erlebt).
2: Seit einem Jahr bezahlte Ladestationen am Parkplatz; an sich ganz OK, aber man zahlt über ein Euro pro kWh (Auto direkt am Ende der Ladezeit abgekuppelt; trotzdem zahlt man nicht nur pro kWh, aber zusätzlich ordentlich viel pro Minute; Abzocke!
Eine Schnelladestation ist meistens weniger teuer!

Prima hotel op doorreis naar Italië

Suboptimaler Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Frühstücksangebot ordentlich ABER : s.u.
Zimmer im Prinzip ruhig ABER: s.u.
Parken perfekt

Cons:

Frühstück: auf einem Schild hieß es sinngemäß, die Eierspeisen würden frisch zubereitet. Da hatte ich für mein Rührei Schaleneier erwartet. Es kam leider aber mit der Kelle als Rühreikonserve.
Zimmer: die Klimaanlage hatte gefühlt die Lautstärke eines PKW im Leerlauf und musste leider zum Schlafen ausgestellt werden. Statt ca. 18 Grad in der Nacht hatten wir 22,5 und entsprechend schlechten Schlaf.

Ehrlich Tagungshotel als Feriendomizil
Pros:

Naturpool mit Liegewiese bei schönem Wetter sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Möglichkeit für Raucher draußen im Restaurant rauchen zu können.
Liegt relativ weit außerhalb, nicht praktisch, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Pros:

The property is modern, clean, rooms are nice and comfortable - nice swimming pools

Cons:

Breakfast is far too expensive, very badly organized especially when there are many people.
I think the hotel is too expensive for what it offers

Perfekter Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück.
Garten mit Naturpool auch sehr schön. Wir sind von allen sehr nett und umsichtig verwöhnt worden, durften sogar um 13.00 h schon unser Zimmer beziehen.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Wir können nichts beanstanden.
