Pros:

Sehr sauber, modern und das meiste Personal war wirklich super freundlich! Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem! Und es ist toll, dass man in den Zimmern wirklich komplett abdunkeln kann. Toll ist, dass beim Frühstück Eier frisch zubereitet werden.

Cons:

Wir sind um 9:45 Uhr zum Frühstück gekommen. Frühstück sollte es am Wochenende bis 10:30 Uhr geben. Als wir kamen war fast alles leer gefegt, weder Wurst noch Käse wurden aufgefüllt. Es gab keine hellen Brötchen mehr. Auf meine Frage hin, ob es denn keine mehr geben würde, wurde nicht sehr freundlich geantwortet, dass wohl keine mehr da seien. 5 Minuten später wurde mir gesagt, dass jetzt doch noch helle Brötchen aufgebacken werden. Gab also doch welche. Während dem Essen wurde laut Besteck und Tassen eingeräumt. Wir waren auch keinen falls die letzten Gäste, nach uns kamen mindestens noch 10-15 weitere Personen. Ich selbst habe in einem Hotel im Frühstücksservice gearbeitet und wir haben immer darauf achten müssen, dass alles bis zum Ende aufgefüllt wird. Wenn Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wird, dann muss auch dafür gesorgt sein, dass es bis dahin das komplette Angebot gibt. Sowas erwarte ich von einem 4 Sterne - Hotel bei dem das Frühstück 24 Euro pro Person kostet.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes, freundliches Hotel mit viel Parkplätzen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit war super. Das Frühstück war ebenso sehr gut.
Es gab genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Beautiful property. For seeing wurzburg as a tourist its location is not great- too far out of town.
Pros:

Nice, modern, clean hotel

Cons:

Staff unfriendly. No iron in the room. When we requested one, we were told there would 5e charge.
Some Staff at breakfast were extremely unfriendly and rude, didn't get a welcoming feeling from them. To be fair others (younger) were nice but it's a case of a few bad bad apples spoiling the barrel for our experience.
