Pros:

Totul a fost foarte bine.
Cei de la hotel au fost foarte drăguți cu noi și ne-au ajutat cu tot ce am cerut.
Micul dejun jun a fost fabulos, de calitate.

Struttura con potenziale ma da ristrutturare

Aspetti positivi: posizione, sia per la vicinanza a neanche 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 5 minuti dal mare. Si trova in una zona molto centrale di Rimini, ricca di ristoranti e negozi.
Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Purtroppo la mia camera era davvero bruttina, piccola e anche molto datata. Il bagno va ristrutturato, così come i condizionatori che sono molto vecchi e rumorosi. Inoltre, mi è stato detto che il piccolo frigorifero era staccato perché sarebbe costato 5€ al giorno se avessi voluto avere la spina per attaccarlo.. non mi era mai capitato fino ad ora e giro tanto, per me è assurdo!!!

La pulizia della camera e della struttura è fatta in maniera molto superficiale, trovavo sempre la sabbia sulla scrivania e sulle lenzuola quando rientravo nel pomeriggio e il telecomando della tv era davvero molto molto sporco.

Avendo il cane non mi era permesso fare colazione nella sala colazioni, il primo giorno mi sono messa su un tavolino nel patio esterno, dove stava un posacenere pieno di sigarette e un altro giorno, dato che pioveva, mi è stato offerto di mettermi in un tavolino nell’area bar. In nessuna delle volte mi è stato preparato il tavolo, almeno una tovaglia come per tutti gli altri ospiti sarebbe stata gradita dato che ho pagato come tutti gli altri, anzi, anche di più visto che ho pagato 5€ al giorno per il cane.

Eccezionale vivi Rimini
Pros:

Albergo a pochi passi dal mare, nel pieno centro della movida della zona marina l, vicino a tutti i servizi ed a 15minuti a piedi dalla stazione....

Well managed hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location—very close to the beach and within walking distance of the center. The staff was great and the breakfast one of the best I’ve had in Italy
Plus there is a nice outdoors where you can sit and order something from the bar

Cons:

A bit dated. Also, and this isn’t the property’s fault—if you arrive by train in Rimini, you don’t realize that one exit (milafiore) is 6 minutes away, while the main exit takes you on a circle of 2 kilometers.
