Fancy and welcoming experience
Pros:

The staff and the hotel were as expected to be very professional and very nice, I liked literally everything about the hotel, especially the cool corner room is my favorite. I had an amazing experience. Big thanks to Katy from breakfast that helped me as a vegetarian to get through everything I like and also the manger of the reception Gia for being absolutely amazing and very helpful
Definitely recommend and would come back.

Cons:

You need to take two elevators to get to your room, a bit poor English from none management stuff, which is fine as you can expect in china. not that much, Vegetarian options
And the location is centered but you still have to take a taxi each time since it’s about 10 min walk everytime

Pros:

Le service wow c’était incroyable au moindre détail ils font attention presque du jamais vu à part à dubai où on on réserve les meilleurs hôtels. Adorables , attentionnés et très serviables

An absolute must-stay in Shanghai
Pros:

The hotel is perfect. Beautiful building, stunning room, stylish interior, impeccable cleanliness throughout, perfect location, and an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The receptionist who handled the check-in was not professional. During payment, my bank blocked my card for security reasons due to the Shanghai transaction, and the same happened with another card, so the process took longer than usual. During this situation, the receptionist was visibly impatient and somewhat dismissive. In a hotel of this standard, a more empathetic approach would be expected.

The rest of the staff were kind and helpful.

Fun & modern - one of the nicer W hotels
Pros:

Great staff (even during a very busy NYE period), nice location and modern fun vibe. All the design elements have a wow-factor when you are walking within the premises. Definitely a more impressive property than W Sydney. Room decor had lots of detailing and felt exquisite.

Cons:

Specifically chose corner room because of the layout however the bathroom door had obviously been broken too many times that they decided to just keep it opened permanently by glueing it down - a little disappointing they didn't want to put in the proper effort to fix it.

The other rooms could still do with an additional blinds to provide total privacy in the bathroom. Seems to be a new trend in hotels to not have proper bathroom walls.

This is the perfect getaway. I spent 3 days completely relaxed.
Pros:

The view from my room was great. You could see the bund clearly during the day and enjoy the beautiful lights and cruise ships on the Yangtze in the evenings. The breakfast was great, with a great range of options. The staff were super friendly, helpful and met every expectation with such professionalism.

Cons:

There was nothing negative about my stay.
