Pros:

Было невероятно тихо. Самый центр города напротив храма Христа Спасителя и в центре всей жизни по сути. Рядом буквально есть ресторан на любой вкус - от азиатского до восточноевропейского.

Cons:

Не могу ничего плохого сказать. Вся инфраструктура есть полностью, все для города полностью укомплектовано.
