넘 만족합니다
Pros:

Not worth the money to sleep on tattered stained bedsheets
Pros:

This hotel is very run down and tatty. We had a private room and it was 100% not worth the money. The curtains were stained and dirty, the bedsheets had several massive holes in them, the bathroom roof was stained and leaking. Worst of all the window was broken so it was stuck open all the time. The hotel is next to a very busy road so it was like sleeping next to a racing track. The staff at the desk are pretty unfriendly, they don't acknowledge you or smile as you walk in. The only people who seemed friendly were the security guard and maintenance guy who we met in the lift.

Bad experience
Pros:

the hotel refused to provide receipt at the check out time. They redirected me to Agoda site, via whcih i made the booking, but i paid cash for the room.
They provide only one small, worn towell at the checkin. you need to ask for an additional one as they are timy, for face wash, not body shower.

Noisy floor
Pros:

They gave us the 3rd floor next to a busy highway, with load vehicles and racing till the early hours. This disturb our sleep throughout the night.
The management must install sound proff windows to avoid such issues.

Budget Stay
Pros:

Things I Like. Size of the TV, huge 50in, Room and bathroom size is good, Clean, Good View of Titiwangsa, KLCC, KL Tower(Room 410), Quiet room, Lifts works.

Things I Didn't Like. Towels were not white, AC takes a long time to get cold, No Fridge, amenities are lacking.

Overall. For the price it's a good choice with basic facilities and comfort. Parking is available at the basement. I will recommend and return to this hotel.

Cubicle Hotel!!
Pros:

After reading the reviews:I tried staying at these capsule hotel and see what it is like. There is a private and free parking opposite this hotel.Checkin was easy because I booked online. The experience of being in a small cubicle is something new but quite fun as well. The aircon was cold but adjustable and there are many buttons for you to adjust the levels of lighting (quite fun)and you felt that you are in a spaceship .There is a common shower area and shampoo and dryer is provided. Overall :it is a good experience and it is not expensive as well.

Great facilities though slightly inaccessible
Pros:

Best of all: the price. I paid 32RM (excl. RM10 tourism tax) as I saw the glowing reviews on agoda and wanted to try the capsule experience out for the first time!

There are no LRT stations nearby, so while you’d save on the hotel fee, you’d spend at least RM5 each time you want to go to and fro to the nearby titiwangsa LRT (or just spend a little bit more to grab to Sunway Putra mall for a meal or to do some shopping - I paid RM6 to and RM8 back).

Although there is a MacDonald’s opposite, the fast moving traffic and giant road divider with abundant fauna is an effective barrier to crossing; the junctions where you can cross are 5-10min away and are unsafe for pedestrians. So you are stuck with ordering GrabFood if you do not want to venture out for meals.

The facilities are decently new, both the capsules and the common areas (tables/toilets/shower areas). The staff were friendly and happy to chat with you if you ask for help.

Now to nitpick: I found the mattress thin (thickness was half the size of my hand) and the glass door really heavy. Less civic conscious guests would simply let it slam when they enter/exit with a loud booming sound; the false partition walls display long >30cm cracks after repeated abuse. Soft closing mechanisms would be a good investment.

There was only one pair of bathroom slippers outside the male toilet on level 1 - would be good to add 3-4 more as there are four shower cubicles?

Lastly, the business centre could do some upgrading - four tables pushed together isn’t an ideal layout. I saw three people having a meeting and conversing, and that prevented other guests from using the space.

I’d definitely come back again if I have to pull a one nighter!

Guests must manage their expectations
Pros:

I'm giving Riccarton Capsule Hotel 4-stars because it suited our needs perfectly: we needed cheap lodging around the Titiwangsa area that was quiet, clean and safe. Staff was friendly enough and very sincere, and check-in and check-out were both very easy; they really are 24/7 as well. We stayed in a standard double room with no windows but comes with complementary towels, toiletries and water bottles and the private bathroom's shower was wonderful, perfect after a long day out in KL.You can easily adjust the temperature and the water pressure.

Guests must remember that this is only a 2-star hotel, however; the room is a bit old with some marks on the wall and scratches on the seat cover. The room phone is also dusty and service can be a bit slow since their staff is small. When we asked for help to replace our TV remote control and to set up our safety box, we had to wait about an hour and a half before housekeeping arrived but he did his best. English was not his best language but he managed to help us out to our satisfaction. Room cleaning constitutes only cleaning the bathroom and replacing used towels and hand soaps (although they forgot to replace it once). For those who are very sensitive about housekeeping seeing their clothes and personal items, they need to be aware that the standard double room has no closet--only an open shelf with hangers and lots of storage spaces so we had to use our shawls to cover our clothes and underthings. No slippers, as well, as these are only provided for capsule guests. The door was also very heavy and doesn't shut itself automatically so guests will need to be conscious about this. The room might take some time to cool but it does cool sufficiently in the end.

The hotel has no microwave oven but in the reception, there's hot water and they sell instant noodles and cold sandwiches for 3 to 5 ringgit, perfect for a quick midnight bite. The rooms also don't have their own refrigerators but in the rooftop (where guests can also eat and see the Petronas Twin Towers), there's a shared fridge where guests can leave their food items--just remember to mark them correctly with your room number. The closest restaurant is McDonald's across the highway which you can access via a footbridge nearby. Failing that, gas station convenience stores are also around the area or if not, you can just get GrabFood as they deliver to the lobby. Booking Grab from the hotel is also very easy (although we didn't try to book in the late and wee hours). All-in-all, I was satisfied because it worked for us suitably but for those looking for cheap luxury, they may want to think twice about this hotel.

Pros:

False advertising. No cafe on site. No laundry on site. Not convenient to anything. Had to use Grab to get around everywhere. Only food in area was McDonalds and gas stations. Loved the capsule aspect and had a great sleep just wish there was more around.

Riccarton Capsule Hotel, Malaysia
Pros:

Excellent hotel,
perfect friendly staff,
Rooms cleaned daily,
Quiet and relaxing place to stay,
Free WiFi,
Roof top chill out area,
Lockers for belongings to be stored.

This hotel is everything you need for a backpacking holiday, there is vending machines for nearly everything you would need on the roof top level.
The roof top level can be used as a chill out area or smoking area.
Hotel is situated only a 10 min stroll to the main monorail line leading to places like:-
- Burkit Bantang
- KL Sentral
- Burkit Nanas
- Petaling Street
The staff are excellent and will bend over backwards to be help full.
The lockers will take a small suit case around 27" high.
There is also a locker for your shoes at the main doors to the hotel as shoes are jot allowed to be worn in the hotel. Slippers are provided by the hotel in there welcome bag.
The capsules are well air conditioned and quite comfortable. There is a TV, mirror, little foldable table, usd power sockets and a universal plug socket to charge your electrical items. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 18 stone and i found there to be plenty of room for sleeping, i enjoyed my stay in the capsules for 14 Nights.
Rooms are available at a higher rate £££ but i would reccommend trying the capsules first. Fresh towels are provided daily and the toilet/shower room is very convenient providing hairdryers also.
There is a communal iron and ironing board on each level also.
5 stars from me 👍👍👍👍👍
