部屋が広くてとても使い勝手が良かったです。
パラオには、スキューバダイビングで何度も訪れており、いろんなホテルに滞在しましたが、ガーデンパレスホテルさんが一番良かったです。
また、利用したいと思います。

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリー、安心感がありました。
部屋も広くてキッチンもあり、物干しなどもあって、便利に使わせていただきました。
窓からジャングルが見えて鳥の鳴き声なども聞こえるけど、街中なのでお買い物にも便利でした。

Giving 10/10 for one particular reason - how the front office suggested watching the FIFA World Cup instead of just saying “sorry no.”
That being said - the rooms were HUGE (easily enough space for scuba equipment and suitcases), nicely decorated in an island style, well equipped and reasonable WiFi was offered. Breakfast - albeit simple - was of a high quality. Location was decent if you plan to be based in Koror. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They provide beach towels and umbrellas as well.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping centre. Lovely owners and staff. Big rooms with small kitchenette. Simple but good breakfast.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Garden Palace Downtown Koror, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The entire hotel team is attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Every request was handled quickly and with a warm smile, making us feel truly valued throughout our stay.

The staff, both at the reception and the manager Mr. Oya, are simply exceptional. Friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they create a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. You can clearly feel the teamwork and positive energy. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable.
Breakfast was satisfying and beautifully prepared.

The rooms are clean, huge, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city center.

広く掃除の行き届いたお部屋、室内の設備も、共有スペースのファシリティも、あったら便利と思えるものが十分に備わっており、実に快適な滞在ができました。お部屋や設備以上にオーナーさんの細やかなお心遣いに実に気持ちの良いステイになりました。知り合いにも勧めたいと思える宿です。

This hotel is operated by Japanese owners. Every corner of the hotel reflects the meticulous spirit and attentive service of the Japanese.
Breakfast was simple, but good enough for a fresh beginning of the day. There were always 2 to 3 different kinds of fresh fruits each morning, and we really appreciate that.
The room was very spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. There was even a fully functional and well-equipped kitchen in the room.
Water pressure and temperature was all good in the bathroom. There was a bidet toilet.
Hotel offers their guests free-to-takeout towels and umbrellas for outing - a truly thoughtful gesture. Free airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as door-to-door luggage services are also provided.
We also really appreciated that the staff had prepared birthday cakes for us and left us an unforgettable beautiful memory of this place.❤️
We simply enjoy every moment of our stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Palau.

I think it is one of the best hotels in Palau. Mini kitchen and some tableware are enough to cook some foods. Two biggest stores in Palau are very close, therefore I had no difficulties to buy groceries. Our room was quite wide and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You can book tour, dinner and rent a car at the front. Big towels are available when you join tours. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay.

オーナーが大変親切で、気が利く人だった。ホテルの設備も、キッチン道具はほぼ揃っているし、ベープマットまであって、至れり尽くせり。街の中心部にあるので、買い物や食事も困りません。日本人経営だといろいろな意味で安心です。申し込めば、空港送迎も無料でついています。
