Location was pleasant and safe. This did not seem to be a whorehouse, as was suggested.
This is a hotel that needs lots of serious maintenance. sink did not have water, sign in shower asked us to “take bath only to avoid flooding the room downstairs”, electricity shorted out and tripped breakers, drawers fell off track…. We could have disregarded this, but we’re very upset that the front desk tried to scam us… see below.

Nice and affordable place to stay
Most of the features of a four-star hotel like monogrammed towels, down pillows, bathrobe, etc. Full service and ornate.
Air conditioner didn't work. Usual hard, pokey springed mattress. Hot pot had burned on residual chicken soup so everything tasted like chicken. Bath/hour water or would not get hot.
Good…
I dont know…
they say they have a fitness center, they dont. aircon doesnt work, the shower has unstable temperature, and its basically a "one night hotel", if u know what i mean. you shldnt post it as vacational, because its not
Great location and room
The cleanliness and bathroom was smelly
The breakfast was decent. The bed was soft and comfortable. The room was clean. There was no smoke smell. After everything below they gave us a 10% discount.
When we arrived they directed us to a Twin rather than the Superior King we booked. They did not inform us they had switched rooms on us - they just decided to do that. I went downstairs to clarify and they brought us to a King. They stated that the room we booked was under construction. I continued to insist on the Superior King with the fireplace which we booked for our anniversary. They told us that there were none of them available. They offered us a free stay the next night but we informed them that today was our anniversary and we had a babysitter for our two young kids only that night. After half an hour I suggested a substantial discount instead. After an hour I said to just give us the King and we would resolve these issues the next day. Our anniversary and one night away together was spoiled because at that point it was 10 PM.
It was far too late to call down to reception and ask them how to get the TV working, since they didn't give us instruction at the time. The fitted sheet was improperly installed and kept coming off all night. We could never figure out how to turn on the light switches on the bed. We couldn't turn on the AC and the room was so hot we had to open the window. The hot water was sometimes on and sometimes off. The bathtub fixtures were coming off the wall (pictured). There was a huge amount of standing water after taking a shower because it leaks out the side. It's impossible to turn the shower off and the tub on.
There are loud people yelling in the hallway until 2 AM. The walls are so thin that we were woken up by talking at 730 AM. This rather defeats the purpose of a hotel as a place to SLEEP.
We were so disgusted we checked out early. After waiting for an hour for the manager who spoke English, we were then informed that there were actually no room with a fireplace, despite it clearly showing up on the website and our booking.
they put a lot of effort into the property even if it is a bit on the older side. there are toothbrushes, bath gowns and a full mini bar. the furniture is lovely and very Mongolian antique. Staff was very nice and carried my bags up. It was clean
the walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms
All is fine!
This hotel advertised an on-site restaurant and business office. Both were closed, making it very inconvenient for a business traveler.
The staff did not speak English, so it was very difficult to get assistance with anything.
Rooms were not kept clean, my room was not vacuumed for 14 days! Breakfast was tuna fish with corn sandwich, just awful. Coffee in the room was sugared packets with fake cream powder, again just awful. The worst part was the smoke smell the entire time.
The bath was unsafe, the tub was very high to climb into and out of. Definitely a hazard. I wanted to leave early and asked for a refund for the nights not used. Hotel management said they couldn't give me a refund.
Basically the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!
