Cercanía al aeropuerto (no obstante, son 15-20' en Grabb), camas cómodas y tamaño de la habitación. Por otro, organizamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto y el servicio fue bueno.
Nos encontramos la habitación abierta. Preguntamos y sin ningún tipo de pudor se excusaron que el último cliente había fumado y que el personal de limpieza la había dejado así. Tuve que pedirle 2 veces que si podían cambiarme de habitación ya que olía bastante a tabaco. Por lo demás, la limpieza no es la mejor y se escucha todo de habitaciones contiguas y pasillo, cuando el objetivo principal era descansar antes del viaje de vuelta.
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
We were travelling with our 1 year old and needed a crib, which they said they would provide. However, when we got there they didn’t have a crib. This led to a really bad night of sleep for our baby and us.
Near airport good for layover
We stayed at this hotel during a long layover and specifically booked a room to rest after an overnight flight. We arrived around 11:00 AM and informed the receptionist that we would only be staying for a few hours before returning to the airport for our evening flight. Despite this, we were required to pay an additional early check-in fee, which we accepted without issue as we simply wanted a place to sleep and recharge. We checked out the same day at around 6:00 PM and did not even stay overnight.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we entered the room. The first room assigned to us had constant construction drilling noise, making it impossible to rest. We requested a room change, which was accommodated, but only after we insisted as we genuinely could not sleep in the original room.
The second room presented an even bigger issue: cleanliness. We found hair on the bedsheets, visible stains, and even a used tissue underneath the blanket. Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any hotel selling rooms, regardless of the price point. While we understand this is a budget property, guests should still expect clean bedding and a properly prepared room.
What disappointed us most was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the receptionist. Throughout the entire experience, she never once apologized for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise or the condition of the room and appeared largely unconcerned by our complaints. In contrast, the male housekeeping staff member who came to change the bedsheets was polite, apologetic, and seemed genuinely sorry for the situation.
The hotel’s location may be convenient for airport transit, but management should pay greater attention to room cleanliness and guest service. These are fundamental expectations, not luxury standards. Had the room been clean and the service more attentive, our short stay would have been far more pleasant.
