Cons:

Lobby in second floor not welcoming. Rolling bags on carpet. Lobby should be tiled or lino.

I would love for it to be better, but OK overall

dirty shower floor was cracked and dirty towels It was dirty. Bedsheets was not fresh dusty in the area.

Could've been better
Cons:

Checked in, got sent to a room that was either already occupied or was not cleaned before our arrival. Beds were unmade, towels on the floor, trash everywhere. Desk lady got us a new room, keys worked fine all day and then stopped around 5am. Got locked out of the room for an hour waiting on maintenance to unlock the door. Cleaning lady walked into the room while we were in it, did no knock or anything.
