A piscina é o carro chefe do hotel, grande, limpa e climatizada, café da manhã muito bom, com atenção das funcionárias da cozinha

Atendimento recepção péssimo, crianças estavam atendendo, sem informações e me deixaram com minha família 40 minutos esperando um quarto que estava pronto, barulho a noite na recepção, que é próximo aos quartos do térreo, causando bastante incômodo, vazamento no banheiro todo o tempo

Instalações antigas, condições da piscina não inspirou nosso uso, ainda mais por ser aquecida. Instalações carecem de revitalização. Nas fotos as instalações estão mais vistosas, coloridas.

Ficamos em um quarto (131) onde o vizinho(132) fizeram barulho demais, pedimos a portaria para tomar providências, mas não foi feito, depois fomos até lá (recepção) pedimos para trocar de quarto, mas tbm não foi feito. Somos um casal idoso, tenho 68 minha esposa 67 estávamos comemorando nossas bodas de ouro, e ficamos triste pelo acontecido. No mais o atendimento no café da manhã, piscina foi muito bom, e o acesso tbm.
