Tv poderia ser smart , e o projeto do banheiro acaba deixando o quarto um pouco frio, tanto de temperatura quando de aconchegante, poderia ter uma parede de dryall separando o ambiente totalmente.

Os funcionários são excelentes, todos muito educados e solícitos. A moça que atende no bar é um amor de pessoa, explica muito bem e é muito atenciosa.
Tive um problema com uma manta que não estava muito limpa e ela foi trocada imediatamente. Quanto ao atendimento não ha o que reclamar e a localização também é ótima. Café da manhã também é bom e farto.

Cons:

Os quartos não tem boa vedação acústica e a gente consegue ouvir tudo o que os hóspedes do lado estão conversando ou fazendo e algumas coisas são extremamente constrangedoras e isso foi um pouco chato, nos incomodou bastante na primeira noite.

Quarto horrível, não condiz com o valor cobrado

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã maravilhoso e localização.

Cons:

Quarto horrível.
Fiquei no quarto 219.
Quarto cheirando ruim, parecia mofo.
TV não é smart, não é a cabo, só pega Globo e SBT.
Academia é uma vergonha, nem deveria ter.

A Piscina como sempre maravilhosa e bem quentinha. Café da manhã, divino.

Cons:

Não é critica, apenas uma sugestão: poderia ter uma opção de sopa a noite para quem não quer sair do hotel para jantar, assim como existe no hotel Castelo (mesma rede).
