I can't wait to go back!!
Pros:

Property is easy walk to beach and pier (about 2 blocks). Beautiful room. Had a wonderful breakfast in their dining room both Saturday and Sunday. We had Mike serve us on Saturday morning and he was terrific. So attentive and friendly and gave us good tips as to what to do in PB. Then, Tony served us on Sunday morning and he was also wonderful. What a great experience. (We also ate in the Cypress Beach Club roof top bar and that was fun, too)
We are already planning our next trip back to the property. What a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Excellent place to stay and great location!

Cons:

We heard the garbage trucks early morning both days, otherwise it was a perfect trip.

Well positioned but unfortunately noisey in the morning

Scary area
Pros:

We upgraded to have a fire pit room.

Cons:

What we didn’t realise was that this meant this would be a ground floor room backing into a scary car park. We saw multiple scary homeless people, cars sitting in the car park all night playing music and multiple rounds of police checking these cars out. This hotel backs onto a car park which can become dodgy at night.

Clean, cozy, & amazing staff!
Pros:

I loved the layout of the room and our huge patio view of the ocean. The staff were amazing! We loved Jesse he was so accommodating and gifted us some cookie decorations and water taffy! We also enjoyed Anastasia! She moved us to a two queen bedroom since the class bed wasn’t so comfy

Cons:

The pull out beds are not comfy. Don’t recommend staying on it if you have a bad back.
