Pros:

Clean and spacious

Cons:

When I paid for hotel with a free breakfast but they still charged me for gratuity fee when we dine in for breakfast. We are 5 in total in my family then another 5 pax in my friends family but different room . We sat together and they said since we are 10 in total we need to pay for gratuity fee which is I think not to because we have our own free food voucher ( fee included when we book the room separately) - we just sat together that’s why we were 10 people in the table.

Foods are perfectly delicious!

Worst hotel ever, never again!!!
Pros:

Central location, short way to ocean, wharf and local restaurants & bars

Cons:

Very loud due to traffic on the street, loud music, and bar underneath my hotel room :-(( I asked for a quiet room (!) and ended up in that noisy environment. Could barely sleep before 11 pm!!! And a call to the reception did not help at all !!!!

Excellent views of the beach
Pros:

Location was excellent and the view of the sunrise over the beach in the morning was beautiful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Valet parking is expensive. Encountered issues with ants in the room every day. A bottle of water wasn't complimentary

I can't wait to go back!!
Pros:

Property is easy walk to beach and pier (about 2 blocks). Beautiful room. Had a wonderful breakfast in their dining room both Saturday and Sunday. We had Mike serve us on Saturday morning and he was terrific. So attentive and friendly and gave us good tips as to what to do in PB. Then, Tony served us on Sunday morning and he was also wonderful. What a great experience. (We also ate in the Cypress Beach Club roof top bar and that was fun, too)
We are already planning our next trip back to the property. What a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Excellent place to stay and great location!

Cons:

We heard the garbage trucks early morning both days, otherwise it was a perfect trip.

Pros:

Great location, right beside the pier and beach, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. A great place for couples and families.
