Location was good, super noisy and outside lights light up room
air was broke, didn’t get in my room until 6 was only cleaned 1x though asked for everyday, pool was the size of a hot tub .. one of the walls was crack mold everywhere ..
Be sure to check your folio as arbitrary charges may be added without your consent…
The hotel itself is beautiful, with an excellent location just steps from the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant has great ocean views. The staff I interacted with were friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by billing issues. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was told at check-in that my complimentary breakfast benefit would apply, and I even received a note confirming breakfast was complimentary. Despite that, I was later charged for breakfast.
I also specifically asked about parking when I checked in. Valet was presented as the parking option, but no one mentioned there was a $30 nightly valet fee. After reviewing my folio, I found three separate valet charges totaling $70 for a single night’s stay, none of which had been disclosed or explained.
I attempted to resolve these issues directly with the hotel before posting this review, but the response did not address the concerns or explain the multiple valet charges.
A transparent check-in process would have made for a much better experience.
Wow. Amazing location
We used to live on the central coast and this was a pit stop between Yosemite and home. Jesse at the front desk was awesome giving us details and making sure our room was ready. We got an amazing upgrade to ocean view with a fire pit. We made our way to the roof which was so busy for a Thursday but Candace helped us at the bar and made sure everyone was taken care of during a busy night! Wow- love the staff and attention to detail.

We waited 30 minutes for our room at 4:00. The room needed inspection. We were missing wash cloths and shower pad.
Asked for microwave several times and never received one. The pool was closed with no explanation.
The location is great . The views are amazing .
Our sheets were visibly molded and we didn’t notice until the morning . The shower was filthy , bugs underneath the bed and old hair on the walls .
The location was fabulous, love the gas fireplace, customer service was excellent.
There was a weird smell, like a dead animal, coming from the refrigerator area
Great location to the pier, beach, shopping and restaurants. Great valet! They even had complimentary Tesla charging!

2. Bad ghetto area. Lots of homeless and drunk people around with tons of noisy bars.
If you are looking for a couple retreat and relax, this is not the place to be.
3. Lobby Bathroom was out of tissues abd paper towel. Advised the front desk and the answer was "can't do anything until tomorrow morning"
4. Water is too soft and i cannot get the soap off my body
The hotel is nice but in a extremely ghetto area. Not sure what was in Hiltons mind to build this hotel in the middle of a war zone.

The whole hotel was dirty, the service was awful, I got charged for valet I didn’t used, and when I had issues the staff was almost entirely non-responsive.
Location of the hotel is amazing. Beach is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed the view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony of our room. View from the rooftop restaurant and ambience was also really great. Staff at the restaurant were amazing. We arrived late. But they accommodated our drinks and dinner requests with a smile. Rooms were clean. Valley service was also great.
Bathroom doors were not locking properly. For more than 500$ per night, bathroom and room amenities were really not great. Nothing extra to make the experience of the room memorable. Single ply toilet paper. Cheap soap that took 5 mins to remove from hand. Below average quality of toiletries. I expected way more from this hotel for the price I paid.
