Lovely hotel, great staff, bright airy room, very reasonable

Das Hotel ist sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht zu empfehlen, für die dortigen Verhältnisse sehr überteuert. An Brotauswahl gibt es nur Toast. Mitarbeiter müssen erst daraufhingewiesen werden dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht läuft oder irgendwas ausgegangen ist.

Izba mala byť pre 2 dospelých a 2 deti. Po príchode bola pripravená na spanie iba manželská posteľ. Rozťahovací gauč nebol pripravený, neboli obliečky na vankúše, paplóny a ani obliečky na paplón. Na požiadanie doplnené. Uteráky a toaletné potreby iba pre 2 osoby. Kúpeľňa bez sprchového kútu. Okno v kúpeľni bez závesu, takže človeka vidieť a nielen hlavu, s výhľadom na hlavnú cestu, aj keď z boku. V apartmáne chýba mikrovlnná rúra a rýchlovarná kanvica. Personál ochotní a milí. Izba čistá.

This hotel was comfortable and nice with great air conditioning and a nice breakfast. I was really pleased. The only thing that would've made it better for me would have been if the room had had a kettle to boil water for tea. Excellent wifi and an easy walk to shops.

This hotel offers a cheap nights accomadion for a fair price.

Check in was poor to start with with only 2 words spoken..

The walls within the rooms are so thin as such you CANNOT sleep. Others guests were extremely unaware and lacking politeness which also didn’t help. You can hear people walking on above falls, doors banging and also people out the front placing trash in bins at crazy hour!

Pay extra and get a nights sleep! I wish I didibbish

Customer Service, good attitude can improve. Especially their onsite pizzeria staff. One was in particular just plain rude for no apparent reason.

Enkel og grei innskjekking uten pass tull , litt møkkete på kjøkken delen av rommet samt ingen vanlig svart kaffe å få . 1 stol for lite og ellers for slapp service. Harde senger.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was very clean, roomy and nicely decorated. We really liked the body wash/shampoo provided that has a great fragrance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we left behind 2 jackets in a living room closet, but the manager located them, packaged and shipped them (at our cost) to an apartment where we were staying a week later. We really appreciated his extra effort in coordinating the shipment for us. We liked the location of the apartment away from the City Center as the traffic is much heavier in the City Center and parking is difficult to find. There is parking across the street from the apartment. The only inconvenience we had is that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Since we were traveling for a lengthy period, we had quite a bit of luggage to carry up to the unit, but we managed.

Overall good for one night stay before flight. Very loud noise from all over make it hard to sleep

Ho soggiornato per 2 volte presso questa struttura,ottima soluzione però una piccola pecca questa volta sono state le pulizie.ho trovato ancora capelli in bagno... ascigamani insufficienti per tre persone.per il resto tutto molto confortevole e carino. Tornerò sicuramente ma spero che questi aspetti vengano migliorati.

albergo a mezz'ora di cammino dal centro, perfettamente servito dai taxi. personale molto gentile e disponibile. camere molto pulite e confortevoli.

We were a group of 10 friends and booked two bedroom apartments. The apartments were good and the hotel is located at a good distance both from the city centre and the airport. The negative point was its service. We did not have kettle toaster coffeemaker or any device to make some boiled water. Also, our apartments got cleaned only once during our 5-days stay. In general, it was a good location to stay in in the town, but don't forget to "explicitly" ask the hotel staff to clean up your room, since this won't happen on the regular basis.

So, I try to refrain from saying things like this, but this place was amazing. It truly is a hidden gem. Alright, so it's a little out of the way, but, then again, so is Timisoara. You'll need a car if you want to go anywhere; however, the room is great, the people are wonderful, and the area is quiet. I am certain I will stay here again.

Was a lovely big modern apartment, with loads of room. Is very new, so very clean and spotless. The only complaint were the beds were a bit hard and could do with a couple more bits of furniture in the bedrooms. Also a kettle! A nice big balcony too. And very friendly staff on reception. And very quiet neighbourhood.
