Dinner is buffet style and takes place from 16:00 to 19:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Zadawalający pobyt.
Pros:

Propozycja śniadaniowa zadawalająca. Duży wybór dań w dobrej jakości.

Cons:

Nie podobał mi się duży chałas w czasie posiłków zarówno na śniadaniach jak i w restauracji

Cons:

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Eine flexible Terminverschiebung wurde angeboten, aber vor Ort abgelehnt, obwohl freie Zimmer verfügbar waren. Das Essen war kalt und geschmacklich nicht gut, und das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung – ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Der späte Check in wobei das Personal bemüht war früher fertig zu sein und wir auch etwas früher ins Zimmer gehen konnten. Das der lift nicht funktionierte. E501 war im 5 . Stock

Pros:

Tolle große und helle Zimmer.
Sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und das Essen im Restaurant auch sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Drinks.

Cons:

Ich war etwas enttäuscht über die Englisch Kenntnisse ( teilweise) der Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und im Restaurant. Es wurde vorausgesetzt , dass man polnisch versteht und das hat manche Sache erschwert.

Było cudownie, pełen relaks , pyszne jedzenie . czystość na 5 :)
Pros:

Przepyszne śniadanie , ogromny wybór . Obsługa cały czas na potrzeby gościa . Ciągły dostęp do wody pitnej , super godziny pracy restauracji w której można dodatkowo coś zjeść , wypić kawę czy drinka .

Cons:

Potrzeba opłacenia hotelowego parkingu , jeden nocleg to koszt aż 50 zł , troszkę dużo , uważam , że parking w takich miejscach powinien być w cenie pobytu .

Pobyt jak zwykle bardzo udany i nadal będę tam wracać

Sniadania są pyszne,lokalizacja super. Duży plus ,że na basen nie trzeba przechodzić dworem

Cons:

Minus był taki , że pokój byl chyba myty nieświeżym mopem i zapach niestety pozostał. I minus niestety za przydzielenie kolejny raz innego pokoju niż pisałam w prośbie , a rezerwację robiłam z dużym wyprzedzeniem.

Skvělé zázemí pro děti - aktivity, volný vstup do aquaparku přímo v hotelu, hernička, dětské židličky i nádobí u snídaně + omalovánky a pastelky. Příjemné a čisté wellness pro dospělé. Bohaté snídaně s širokým výběrem a pohodlím.

Cons:

Personál by v takovém resortu měl ovládat mezinárodní jazyk - angličtinu. I když se člověk snažil komunikovat v angličtině, personál v 90% případu odpovídal polsky, považuji to za značně neprofesionální jednání, které značně snížilo dobrý pocit z pobytu.
