Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones se disponen en torno a una patio central ajardinado muy bonito y cuidado.
El desayuno estuvo también muy bien y el personal es muy amable.

El personal muy amable.
La tranquilidad y el balcón de mi habitación.
La habitación amplia.
Cuenta con ventilidor.

Cons:

Dice en Booking que está incluido el desayuno, pero no lo está. Salió un poco caro sin incluirlo.
La calle es oscura de noche, pero me gustó la tranquilidad de estar un cuadro fuera de la calle principal.
Los perros al lado me saludaban al llegar cada noche a mi habitación. Me asustaron la primera vez. Pero no seguían toda la noche.

Buen alojamiento con lindas instalaciones en la calle principal de Panajachel. Lo recomiendo mucho.
Pros:

La ubicación, lo amplia que es la habitación, los jardines y la limpieza del lugar. El desayuno aunque no está incluido está a buen precio y es muy rico y abundante.

Cons:

El precio podría ser mejor, está un poco elevado.

Rooms were actually nice and clean, good showers, tv, toiletries.
Lugagge storage super convenient and the staff was very kind and helped me figuee out transport.

Pros:

Room : pleasant and stylish in a rustic way (eg brick walls with glass bottles inserted here and there)
Beautiful and well-tended garden with places around to sit down in the shade and relax - WIFI reception was no problem

A estadia no hotel foi extremamente agradável e superou as expectativas de toda a família. Eu estava acompanhado da minha esposa e do meu filho de 11 anos, e todos nós adoramos a experiência. O quarto apresentou excelente comodidade, com camas muito confortáveis, ambiente acolhedor e um cuidado evidente com a limpeza e a organização. A decoração também chamou bastante atenção pelo bom gosto e pelo estilo harmonioso, tornando o ambiente ainda mais agradável.
O banheiro encontrava-se sempre muito limpo e bem estruturado, transmitindo conforto e praticidade durante toda a hospedagem, além do café da manhã maravilhoso. Outro aspecto que merece destaque foi a qualidade do atendimento, tanto durante o dia quanto no período noturno, sempre realizado com atenção, cordialidade e educação.
A localização do hotel é excelente dentro de Panajachel, permitindo fácil deslocamento e acesso aos principais pontos da cidade, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais confortável para a família. Além disso, o jardim muito bem cuidado trouxe um charme especial ao ambiente, criando uma atmosfera tranquila e acolhedora.
