Muy buena opción para empezar o terminar tu estancia en lago Atitlan
Pros:

Utz Jay tiene unos jardines muy bonitos y personal de recepción muy amable. Mi habitación era grande con una cama muy cómoda y la ducha tenía agua bien caliente. Pasé una noche antes de continuar mi viaje y volvería seguramente.

Nice place for the price in the centre of Pana, would stay again.
Pros:

Very tranquil and relaxed atmosphere with nice garden area. Staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation.

Cons:

All good - would stay again. A kettle in the room for tea or coffee would be a good addition.

Uitstekend hotel, aan te raden.
Pros:

Prachtige tuin, heel centrische locatie maar toch konden we zalig wakker worden met het gefluit van de vogeltjes als enige geluid. Mooie en ruime kamer, met alles wat we maar konden nodig hebben.

Cons:

Alles was perfect.

Very pretty gardens and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious, large breakfast. Lovely gardens and a balcony to sit on to enjoy them.

Great location, nice but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Good location, comfy and clean bedroom, nice hot shower, pretty garden. Availability of filtered water to brush teeth and drink (it was recommended by the hotel).

Cons:

Quite noisy. To be fair, in part it was due to the location being close to a busier area, but the staff and some guests were a bit too loud in the mornings.

Lugar encantador muy cerca del lago
Pros:

Hotel bastante céntrico, a una cuadra de la calle principal, en un lugar muy tranquilo. Habitación muy grande con un portal exterior propio con dos butacas, donde se puede fumar, una sala con sofá y dos butacas, y luego la habitación y el baño. Agua caliente. Varias redes de internet, siempre funciona alguna. Hay alguna más rápida. Desayuno delicioso y barato. El patio interior del hotel es precioso, con árboles y luces colgantes. Las excursiones que reservamos y el traslado de regreso al aeropuerto La Aurora fueron muy puntuales y serias.

Cons:

No hacen comida ni cena en el restaurante, pero en Panajachel hay muchos sitios para comer.
Para pagar la estancia aceptan tarjeta de crédito, pero la agencia que hay en el hotel, para las excursiones y traslados no, y hay que pagar en efectivo en Quetzales (tampoco aceptan otra moneda). Los cajeros cobran una tasa altísima por sacar dinero, como 15% de comisión, más lo que te cobre luego tu banco. Las casa de cambio dan un cambio absurdo por los EUROS (7,2 Quetzales cuando pagando con tarjeta eran 9 Quetzales. Y el banco daba 8 Quetzales, tampoco una maravilla).
