Achtung bei der Buchung eines „flexiblen Zimmers“:
Wir haben trotz nahezu leerem Hotel automatisch die schlechteste verfügbare Kategorie mit Blick in die entgegengesetzte Richtung des Sees erhalten.

Ein Upgrade bzw. ein Zimmer mit Seeblick wurde uns nicht angeboten, obwohl zahlreiche Zimmer frei waren. Da wir nur eine Nacht blieben, war bei unserer Ankunft zudem absehbar, dass die höherwertigen Zimmer nicht mehr belegt würden.

Für ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, bei identischer Größe und Ausstattung, lediglich anderer Ausrichtung, mussten wir einen erheblichen Aufpreis zahlen.

Dieses Vorgehen empfanden wir nicht als serviceorientiert, sondern als gezieltes Ausnutzen der Buchungskategorie.

Zudem war der Empfang beim Check-in sehr unfreundlich und wenig professionell, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, als Gäste willkommen zu sein.

Tolles Konzept, hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Wunderschöner Blick, rundes Bett, Wanne mit Seeblick im Zimmer, stilvolle Einrichtung, freundliches und entspanntes Personal

Cons:

Es gibt halt keinen Außenbereich mit Pool und zum Frühstücken hat man leider keinen Blick übers Wasser, aber wir schwimmen eh lieber im See und den Seeblick hatten wir ja vom Zimmer aus
