Toller Aufenthalt, super Lage, insgesamt ein schönes Erlebnis, Danke!
Pros:

Lage war toll! Direkt am See, alles in Fussnähe erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und die Raumaufteilung war endlich mal etwas anders als üblich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben gut darin geschlafen. Super Frühstück, für mich gab es ein hervorragendes Müesli mit vielen Kernen und Früchten. Das Fleisch wurde auf Wunsch geschnitten und die Eiergerichte konnten man so bestellen wie man es gerne möchte. Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Leider konnten wir unser Elektro Auto nicht laden, obwohl eine Tesla-Ladestation vorhanden war, das war etwas ärgerlich. Eine Tesla Wallbox kann man heute auch für andere Autos freischalten, dies wäre ein Pluspunkt wenn man dies einrichten würde:-)

O locație frumoasă
Pros:

Locația este cu vedere frontală la apă și dispune de câteva locuri de parcare în fața hotelului.
Camera este modernă și domnul a fost confortabil. Micul dejun variat și diferit în cele 2 zile în care am stat acolo.
Am plătit camera cu vedere la apă și balcon și am primit o cameră 125 la etaj 1 ce dădea direct în piscina hotelului vecin, motiv pt care am anunțat la recepție ca nu-mi place camera.
Cele 2 fete tinere de la recepție imediat mi-au arătat o altă cameră la etaj 2 pe care am decis să o refuz deoarece balconul nu era din geamuri și vederea era obturată de lemnele balustradei de la balcon. Oricum am apreciat disponibilitatea angajatelor. Felicitări.
Acest hotel beneficiază de șezlong și umbrelă la 100m mai departe în dreptul hotelului Kriss - înțeleg ca sunt într-o asoaiere cele 2 spații de cazare.
Mi-a plăcut ca am beneficiat de un dozator permanent cu apară rece în recepția hotelului.
Am avut papuci de plajă, prosoape și o geantă de plajă.
Am avut și dozator de cafea în cameră.

Cons:

Trei lucruri:
1. Prețul camerei de 375€ este foarte mare în raport cu cei 225€ cât costa camera când am plecat noi. Consider ca sunt artificial crescute în weekend.
2. Pe langa cele 2 tinere de la recepție, am cunoscut un tânăr recepționer ce ne-a semnalat ca nu este ok sa ne parcăm bicicletele în curtea hotelului deoarece se fură și el nu răspunde. Asta in contextul in care hotelul avea biciclete disponibile pt închiriat in curtea hotelului.
Asta nu ar fi fost atât de grav dacă nu am fi simțit tonul superior in care ne vorbea de parcă noi eram din stafful hotelului iar el era client. Cred ca ar trebui evaluat și antrenat să discute cu clienții.
3. Angajații hotelului mi-au respins cardul pe motiv ca datele nu sunt corecte, asta dupa ce eu ma cazasem deja și eram pe plaja.
Cand am re emit la hotel acestia mi-au propus sa imi dea un discount de 7% din pret Booking, lucru cu care am aflat de acord… dar nu este corect.

Nettes Hotel ohne Steg mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit indirektem Seeblick, gute Lage, sauber und ruhig. Tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir fanden das Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich, der Mitarbeiter hat uns in die Tiefgarage begleitet, jedoch beim Check in und Check out nicht mal die kleinste Tasche abgenommen, sondern uns Koffer, Rucksäcke und Co selber tragen lassen. Man muss ausserdem wissen, dass das Hotel leider keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt, Steg, o.ä hat, das sieht auf den Hotelsfotos anders aus.

Ideales Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub am Gardasee
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, toll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und das Frühstück ist Klasse!!! Von frisch genachten Eiern über Pancakes, Joghurt, Müsli, Obst/Gemüse und und und… in Italien sonst eher selten zu finden!
Die Lage ist auch top!

Sehr schöne, entspannte zwei Tage 🤗
Pros:

Alles sehr freundlich. Frühstück außergewöhnlich. Selbst bester O-Saft, Sekt, frische Häppchen. Erste Lage am See fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Schöne, kurze Auszeit. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Ruhe im Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Eiern, Orangensaft und Schinken.
Parkmöglichkeiten.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Kleine Esstische im Freien.

Cons:

Raumaufteilung mit Doppeldusche, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und offenes Bad, WC.
Der große Tisch im Frühstücksraum ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
