Pros:

チェックインのとき、予約されていないと言われた。英語もあまり通じないスタッフでした。ただし、しばらく粘ったら何とか対応してくれた。
朝食付きとなっているが、朝食は付いていません。
ホテルの隣で朝5時から工事が始まり起こされる。
部屋は悪くないが、次は別のホテルにします。

Mình nhận phòng phải đứng rất lâu ngoài cửa mà k có lễ tân trực, gọi rất rất nhiều lần điện thoại không ai nghe mở cửa, lúc ra mở còn khó chịu cứ đủng đỉnh để khách đứng chờ. Lúc nhận phòng thì thái độ rất khó chịu không lịch sự! Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng thái độ phục vụ làm rất khó chịu. Sáng 7h nhân viên dọn phòng đã nói chuyện cười đùa ầm ầm ngoài hành lang. 가격대비 괜찮고 직원이 착한호텔

가장 싼 방에서 7박 묵었습니다ㅎ 창문있으나 복도쪽으로 있습니다 쫌 더 비싼방은 밖이 보이는 창문있습니다~
방 깨끗하고 직원들 친절합니다 벌레 못 봤습니다
조식은 베트남식 볶은면과 밥 소세지 과일이 있으며 한국인 사장님이 운영하시는곳이라 고추장에 밥을 비벼먹을수있도록 약간의 야채가 있습니다
그랩기사가 호텔 찾는데 몇번 헷갈려하는 경우가 있었습니다 호텔 나와서 왼쪽 옆에 5m거리에 마트 있는데 밤10시쯤 문 닫습니다
딱히 불편한점은 없는 무난한 호텔이며 공사 끝나서 조용한데 베트남이라 방음은 잘 안됩니다ㅎㅎ

청소 아주머니가 제일 기억에 남음
Pros:

제가 묵었던 방안 욕조가 있었던 것을 제외하면 그냥 모텔급이었어요. 하지만 직원들은 친절했구요. 특히 청소해주시는 아주머니 인상 좋으시고 많이 친절하셨던 것으로 기억합니다.

A great encounter!
Pros:

It was amazing stayed. I would to thanks again the staff in reception name Que, she is very helpful with extra mile and pro active attitude. She helped me to get a taxi and ensure that I could reach my tour on time. She got the number of taxi driver and call him to drop me in moven pick hotel due to huge traffic the bus going to Halong Bay cruise tour will pitch me from that hotel. It was just amazing service with cue that she has the initiative and ensure that there quest will arrive on time and pitch by the tour bus as planned. Thanks again que. God bless you more.

Traveaux à côté. Le rest est très bon.
Pros:

Tout est parfait sauf le bruit. Il y a des traveaux à côté qui m'ont empêché de dormir toute la journée. Le bruit du mateau pendant tout le séjour

1월 옆건물 공사중.아주 사람 잡습니다.
Pros:

호텔은 새 건물입니다.우리가 묶는동안 옆건물 공사가 있어서 아침잠은 포기해야 했습니다.여행 중 잠이 얼마나 소중한지 아시죠?일행이 6층 저는5층에 머물렀는데 뜨거운 물이 안 나와서 1월의 추위랑 싸워야 했습니다.5층엔 잘 나왔는데.옆건물 공사가 끝난 후에 가시면 나쁘지는 않을 듯.

방에 냉장고 소리가 커서 외부에서 공사하는 줄알았습니다
