Nos ubicaron en el sexto piso, escuchamos toda la noche los ventiladores que sirven a todo el hotel, solicitamos vía telefónica una explicación o cambio de habitación y nunca respondieron a nuestra solicitud, ni siquiera nos llamaron de vuelta para explicar o razonar.

Cons:

No me gusto el desayuno.
La puerta del baño de la habitación es corrediza y no cierra en los costados.
El baño no tiene extractor.
Le faltan accesorios a la habitación como por ejemplo el soporte para apoyar valijas, vaso de vidrio, cajoneras..

Cons:

I would suggest that the staff at the entrance be more attentive; when you arrive, some of them don't even look up to welcome guests. More information about valet parking would also be helpful upon arrival at the hotel. More training for them.

Buena ubicación, precio aceptable.
Pros:

El lugar muy céntrico y estábamos a lado del mall.

Cons:

No había buena ventilación y se sentía muy estrecho, adicional el desayuno que ofrecían estaba muy escasa las elecciones, sin contar que el sabor muy insípido.
