The hotel met my expectations, was centrally located to everything and the staff was very pleasant.

Clean and quiet room in a good location for a reasoable price
Pros:

My room was quiet and dark for sleeping, which is super important to me: If I don't sleep well, I won't enjoy my well-deserved holiday! The breakfast was good and was delivered to my room so that I could either eat it on the patio or in my room. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was available when needed and very careful about keeping the front door locked.

HABITACION ME ENCANTO, LE ELIMINARIA EL JACUZZI Y LE PONDRIA UNA MESA PARA COMER MEJOR, AUNQUE NO CAMBIARIA EL PEQUEÑO JARDIN DONDE COMIMOS. EN EL CUARTO QUE NOS TOCO PONDRIA ALGO PARA PONER LA ROPA. LA CAMA Y ALMOHADAS COMODISIMAS.

Excelente ubicación y la casa está muy completa, caben cómodas 8 personas.

Cons:

No me gustó que las fotos que suben al perfil de la casa agregan otras de otra habitación premium, qué causan confusión, se puede tomar como publicidad engañosa. Creo que si pusieran solo las fotos de la casa (como debería ser), quedarían re bien con sus clientes, ya que la casa está muy linda, y además se podría aprovechar la terraza, que la limpiaran y pusieran una mesita quedaría espectacular.

Very nice place to stay
Pros:

Great location , spacious rooms, comfy beds, also had a jacuzzi which was amazing. The staff were amazing and gave us all the information we need.

Cons:

It’s good to have a bin in the room.
Also, would be good if we could have sandwiches packed for our volcano trip. We left at 6am and missed breakfast which we had paid for

Pros:

Tienen excelente ubicación y recepción 24 horas. Cuarto limpio y cómodo. Esta bien pero por el precio puede mejorar.

Cons:

Me pareció caro para el cuarto, sábanas y toallas parecían desgastadas, no había toalla de piso para la regadera lo cual mojaba todo el piso al bañarse.
