Kattava ja hyvä aamiainen! Loistava sijainti Fløyenin juurella ja helppo kulkea lentokentältä light raililla keskustaan ja siitä kävellen hotellille. Viihtyisä huone, ja sain huoneenkin etuajassa!

Truly made our short Bergen stay very comfortable

Lovely Boutique Hotel

This is an outstanding property well located in old Bergen. Irene was most gracious and room 508 was perfect. I would rate this property 5 stars were it not for the fact that I feel that I was unreasonably forced to pay for an empty room for 1 night.

I made a non-refundable booking with full payment on 29 April 2025 for two nights 21 & 22 March, 2026. On 21 September, I requested that the booking for 21 March be moved to 3 April because KLM did not have an available flight arriving on 21 March. I was not asking for a refund. My request was to simply move one night booking (21 March) to another night (3 April). I was still paying for 2 nights. The request was made 6 months prior to the booking so the hotel would lose nothing. I was even willing to pay a change of booking fee. Management refused to do so. As a result, I was forced to pay for an empty room on 21 March. I feel that was a bad business decision. Because of this, I therefore booked another hotel for April 3 and my daughter booked another hotel for 21 March and 3 April.
