Good and clean facilities, convenient location, easy self check-in process.

Cons:

Someone was making party during the night underneath our apartment, I had to go downstairs at 5am to calm them down.
Also, rain shower is a nice thing to have, but my girls didn't really appreciate it when they didn't need to wash their hairs. It would be good to have an alternative "normal" shower with a handle.
Finally, it would be good to have a coffee maker.
