The room was spacious and tidy. The kitchenette was ideal however we didnt need to use it. Location was also good for our early morning flight the next day. Check in and out was a breeze

Affordable, cosy, and convenient. No issues with room. Small issues with service.

Affordable, spacious room, nice amenities in the room, comfortable furniture.

The local scene is nice, just a bit quiet. The food places nearby are fantastic. Nanaban was a standout. Nearby train station is very handy.

Cons:

I called earlier on the morning of our arrival, and spoke with someone who confirmed that early check-in was possible for us. However, we were told the opposite by the staff who were present once we arrived. We had to wait a while longer than we'd hoped.

Additionally, we did not receive the password for the hotel WiFi. The next day, there was no one at the front desk at 12, and the "reception closed" notice was still up despite it being opening hours. We eventually got the password by coming back later.

Niestety, pobyt w Gateway Brussels Airport był dużym rozczarowaniem. Pokój pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – wszędzie zalegał kurz, a kołdra była przepocona, co sprawiło bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie i budziło wątpliwości co do standardów czystości.
Dodatkowo ogromnym problemem okazały się karty do pokoju. Nie dało się ich przekodować, przez co wielokrotnie nie mogliśmy dostać się do środka. Dopiero po telefonie do obsługi, i to po długim czasie oraz wielu trudnościach, udało się rozwiązać problem.
Cała sytuacja kosztowała nas mnóstwo nerwów i niepotrzebnego stresu. Zamiast odpocząć po podróży, musieliśmy walczyć z problemami, które nie powinny mieć miejsca. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu i mam nadzieję, że właściciele poprawią zarówno standard czystości, jak i organizację obsługi gości.

Ma chambre 204 était contigue d’une autre 201, juste séparées d’une simple porte en bois, à côté du lit et j’entendais les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans ma chambre (je dispose des enregistrements sinistre inouïs). La direction a refusé de me donner une autre chambre et refusé de me rembourser ! Je vais rentrer un dossier technique circonstancié aux organismes de contrôle et ferai interdire la location simultanée de toutes les chambres dans la même configuration jumelle. C’est totalement abusif et irrespectueux, un scandale commercial

It was a very homely, friendly place to stay. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were really kind and helpful.
