Cons:

Ich hätte für 3 Nächte reserviert, könnte am erste Tag nicht einchecken und mein Studio würde an jemand anders vergeben und ich habe bisher keine Rückzahlung erhalten.

J'ai demandé un lit parapluie pour un enfant, il m'a été confirmé, mais je ne l'ai pas eu à notre arrivée. Les deux studios ne fermaient pas de l'intérieur ce qui est très dangereux quand vous avez des enfants en bas âge. Les canapés lits des deux studios étaient très bruyant on ne peut pas bouger sans réveiller les autres. Les deux studios étaient communicatifs, mais nous n'avons jamais eu la clé pour ouvrir la porte communiquante. La dame de l'accueil ne fesait aucun effort et ne savait rien, ni pour le lit parapluie, ni pour la clé pour ouvrir la porte communiquante.

It's quite spacious, except the bathroom which was quite small

Cons:

Check in - I arrived a bit after 22:00 and check in was a nightmare. Couple of days before I start3d getting messages from the property about check in, but with conflicting information that after 8PM (another message said 9PM) I will need to do online check in or at self check in kiosk at the property, and how I will be given a code to access building. When I asked to clarify how to do online check in, I got no reply. When I arrived I managed to enter the lobby only thanks to another guest as I never received a code to enter the lobby. Once I tried to check in 9n the kiosk, I got a message property on not ready yet.... tried to call the hotel, just to be redirected to another property in Gent.... overall a complete mess, and it took me almost an hour to get to my room. Communication from the property was all wrong and they were hard to reach when there was an issue.

Cleanliness - dirty/dusty floor, and some stain on the couch did not help to improve my impression...

Éramos dos y nos dieron un sofá cama y una cama individual. No nos cambiaron la habitación. El baño olía MUY mal. Olvide ahí mi cargador del teléfono y no me lo quisieron devolver.
