Overall, the room was okay aside from the small issues. I would stay again.
Pros:

breakfast was ok, I've had better. The room size was great.

Cons:

My shower was not clean (i travel with cleaning supplies), the phone did not work, there was no tissue in the bathroom, I has to go down to get some there was no iron, just a steamer (which did not work, was leaking water), no bag in the ice bucket.

Soweit alles in Ordnung
Pros:

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Stay was ok at best. Almost nervous about booking there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Just nobody watching the bar and had to keep requesting items to be refilled.

Cons:

This Best Western Plus has really gone down. Had to change rooms because 1st room was filthy. @nd room was better, but not like it was in the previous years I've been staying there.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

It was close to the softball park

Cons:

Didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows. We had to go and ask for some. Didn’t have towels in the room. Staff was horrible and had the worst attitudes.
