Das Einchecken erfolgte per Telefon, im Hotel war bis zum Auschecken niemand zu sehen, ich war gefühlt alleine, die Ansprechperson wusste angeblich nichts von den Mängeln im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, das Bett war für mich gut, das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt, der kaputte Sessel hielt nur noch zusammen weil er an der Wand stand und beim TV funktionierte abends nur noch ein Sender. Hoteleigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht, in dem anliegenden Wohngebiet musste ich nach einem Parkplatz suchen, das Hotel selbst liegt an einer größeren Durchfahrtsstraße. Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt sieht für mich anders aus….

This is a discount hotel, and for those purposes it is very good. if you sleep with the window open, the traffic noise is quite loud, but being from the city, it did not bother me much.

Notes for American tourists. You must contact the hotel in order to check in, and when they say 3 PM check-in, it means 3 PM. There is no staff on site for the most part, but get in contact with the hotel ahead of time and you will be fine. The host was kind enough to give us an extra hour to check out, and the room is absolutely serviceable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the shower is comically small.

The walk from the train station is about 1 km, but the area is so beautiful. You probably will not mind.

Disappointing
Pros:

Price and quality ratio was good, as we just slept in your hotel and did not spend any time.
It is good for Group, but not recommended for family.

Cons:

Hotel is located at main street in Hanau, so everything is very loudly, enough cars is heart.

Basic room, but comfortable enough to sleep in
Pros:

The hotel did its job as we stayed for a couple of nights and in reality only used the hotel to sleep in. Room was basic, but clean and the shower was excellent. My room was on the top floor (the only guest room on the top floor) and the wi-fi didn’t work properly. This not only meant that I had no internet, but the TV failed to work properly. We were on a football trip for the Euros and the hotel was located a 10 minute walk from Hanau station, which was well connected to Frankfurt City Centre.

The hotel was fine for somewhere to sleep, but it’s not the place to stay if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel itself.

Cons:

cleanliness, the shower was very dirty from the outside and the shower itself was tiny.
The soap container just lay on the ground as the wall holder broke. The installed hair dryer (at the mirror) was broken (and there was no sign that it was the case)... only on my way out, did I see another (very dirty hairdryer) on the window sill. the bed was OK, but the blanket was very thin. the chair at the desk was terrible to sit in, the lighting was horrible and there was incredibly loud traffic outside.
The hotel does not provide any form of beverage. Except for tap water...
