Pros:

Location-ish. Lots of road works around though

Cons:

The apartment was spacious, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The parking entrance, exit, and parking spaces were extremely tight and inconvenient. Only one towel was provided for the entire apartment, and getting an extra towel felt unnecessarily difficult. The cleaning supplies were poor and very limited. I asked for an extra blanket three separate times, and each time I was told it was unavailable. Although the apartment size was good, the furniture was very minimal, making the place feel empty and echoey. Sound insulation was almost nonexistent — I could hear the street, the neighbors, and almost everything around me. On top of that, the internet was extremely slow and basically unusable.
