Everything about refal home I love it, been there since 2019 and it never change, everything is the same.. the scent of the lobby.. the room, staff, location. Mr Abdulrazak the reception is always greet and smile to us.. 10 for him a real hospitality of hotel, feeling welcome

Overall staff were great. Spacious rooms and decent Internet.

Cons:

There was hot water in one bathroom only.
Towels were always an issue where you need to give the used ones to get new ones.

Pros:

It was perfectly clean there: kitchen, bathroom, towels, everything. The staff are very kind and caring. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to come back there again.

الموقع ممتاز .. المواقف متوفرة بـ دورين للمواقف
الغرف واسعه .. المدخل و الممرات جميلة و نظيفة

فرش السرير ممتاز و نظيف ماشاءالله

نوعية الاضاءه ( اصفر / ازرق ) غير جيدة ابداً و ضعيفة
الاثاث ( الكنب و الطاولات ) قديمة و مستهلكة

Pros:

Location and front disk employee is friendly.

Cons:

1. Bad internet
2. It drives me crazy when i ask for a towel and i need to give him the old one first.
3. Room furniture is very old and had several burn spots.
4. The bathroom window is not mirrored one guy actually saw me in the bathroom and shouted HELLO. ( creepy)
