The Pearl Hotel

What an amazing weekend we had at The Pearl! Everything was wonderful, and we felt so well cared for from the moment we arrived until we left.

The food was fabulous, the spaces were gorgeous, and our room was beyond comfortable. The bed felt every bit as good as my own, the pillows were wonderful, and the balcony overlooking the village was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Rosemary Beach.

But the very best thing was your staff. From the warm curbside greeting to Quinton, Jack, and Nicholas welcoming us back and helping us every time we returned, to Olivia at the front desk, Mike the concierge, and Chris at the pool—we felt genuinely known and cared for. The beach team of Ben, Aiden, and George was fantastic, the folks at Havana Beach Bar & Grill were wonderful, and so were the ladies who served us in our room. You’ve assembled the hospitality all-stars! There should be trophies.

If I had to pick on one thing, it’s the shower. It’s cozy. The rain showerhead isn’t adjustable, which means it rains on you—all of you, everywhere, at all times—with nowhere to escape. It is a very committed shower. I respect its dedication, but there’s no witness protection program in there. That said, when everything else is this good, how much can you really complain?

And turndown service? We looked forward to it every night—bed turned down, chocolates waiting, lights dimmed, shades drawn, soft music playing. Every evening, we felt completely and wonderfully spoiled.

The Pearl executed all the little thoughtful details so well that hospitality became an art form. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We’ll always remember this trip—not just because The Pearl is beautiful, but because of the people who made it so special.

We left with about ten new friends. We can’t wait to come back—though next time, I may bring a tiny umbrella for the shower.

The most professional hotel experience we have ever experienced. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and were not disappointed! The 55 room hotel is small enough that they make everyone of their guests feel like royalty. The architecture of Rosemary Beach were the initial draw to the area. The Pearl nestled in the heart of it is just such a neat place for a hotel. Having 2 beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, waters waiting for us on the private area of the beach was so nice to have! The pool is so quaint and the perfect getaway from the crazy world on the outside of the Pearl walls. Havana is an incredible restaurant inside the Pearl. The Rooftop Top bar was tremendous as well. Expect a lot of visitors coming for these two publicly available restaurants/ bars. The staff do a great job taking care of their hotel guests while also serving so many “influencers” who want to come see this place. It is pricey, but with all the included complimentary services and 5-star professional staff, you’re getting what you pay for. Not sure it could be any better than this!

Definitely THE Pearl of Florida!!! Loved our stay! Concierge Mike was a gem as well. Only improvement--add more staff to the spa--very limited openings.

The entire experience was exceptional, from the champagne at check in, the crackers and cheese in the room, unlimited water and soda in the fridge along with the night time goodies, to the chef salt seasoning upon departure. It was a wonderful stay.

This is a first class establishment. Every staff member we encountered was a pleasure. Very focused on customer service with lots of nice touches. Made our anniversary very special. Location is perfect, close to beach and right on Main Street. Balcony doors kept all sound from street out. This spoiled me from staying anywhere else.

My wife and I went to Rosemary beach for the first time this past week. Being from South Florida and living in Palm beach, all I can say is the Pearl is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the amenities are top tier and the service was beyond my expectations. Seeing how the Pearl is right in the middle of Rosemary, we wanted to stay here but it is so much more than that. They provided bikes which we took everywhere and it was within walking distance to many amazing dinner and shopping locations. We ended up extending an extra night which moved our room from a Pool view to a Town view and it just kept getting better. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you'll be in Rosemary! We will absolutely be staying here again.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in the iconic Pearl Hotel. Everything from our personalized welcome, to every small detail in the hotel made our getaway feel special.

We had a gulf front view and enjoying the balcony was one of our favorite. We loved the Rosemary Beach area, and walking to all of our dinner reservations. I think I had the best food of my life during this trip. I did make advanced reservations which was helpful because most of the locations were fully booked.

The hotel is small but very nice and the staff is top notch. They treat you very well. We dined at both the restaurant and the rooftop bar....outstanding food and service. Very good vibe in both places....and a lot of fun.
Will definitely come back to the hotel. it is steps from the beach and convenient to everything in Rosemary Beach.

My husband and I spent part of our Honeymoon in Rosemary Beach at the Pearl Hotel. What an amazing experience! The room and balconies were beautiful, the staff was helpful and kind, and the location of the hotel was perfect! The hotel and our room was clean, and the beach attendants were always helpful. They had chairs and an umbrella for us each day and supplied sunscreen and water. From the welcome pimento cheese, to the homemade chocolates on your pillow each night, there was no detail missed! I am also pregnant, and the hotel had a gift for our honeymoon and baby moon in our room on arrival! The front desk checks in frequently to ensure everything is OK with your stay. On one such occasion we asked if we could have some of the pimento cheese at the pool, within FOUR minutes Mike, the concierge, was delivering us our cheese poolside. It felt so special and was such a nice touch! We will definitely be back to the Pearl and recommend you book your stay! :)

My wife and I along with our 18 year old nephew just returned from a week at the Pearl Hotel yesterday. The hotel is really a beautiful building and the staff is very attentive. The Main Street location is convenient and central to varied shopping and dining just steps away from your room.
The hotels weekly rates are not cheap but my issues are in the value and the advertising related to our stay. we booked a 2 bedroom suite with a town view. $13,500.00 for the week. No issue except I consider a suite to include a room that is not a bedroom or a bath, ie a living room. We paid for a suite and were given 2 bedrooms with a connected bath. The second bedroom did not have a door to separate it from the entry door or the bathroom. This resulted in a serious lack of privacy for our family.
Each bedroom did have small private balcony that held small table and 2 chairs. One bedroom had a chair while the other bedroom had no seating other than the bed.
We were really very disappointed in not having a common area to relax with our family after paying for a suite. Bottom line is that the value falls way short the cost.

Just finished a beautiful stay at the pearl hotel in rosemary beach. Our room faced the ocean and the view was spectacular!! Bed so comfortable and quiet.
Hotel contacted my husband if we needed anything, a few times during our 3 night stay. Customer service was superb and every employee always greeted us whether we were coming or going. This location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and beautiful beach. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Just started), restaurant and rooms excellent. We had 406 with cute balcony overlooking pool and restaurant. Partial but great ocean view. Sadly no gym but easy place to run. There was a wedding during our stay which closed outdoor restaurant and was quite loud. Guest should be made aware prior to booking.

The Pearl is a fantastic place to stay. Location is great. Cleanliness is phenomenal. Staff is very helpful at accommodating our needs. Stayed on the street side of the hotel. Our view from the balcony alone was very entertaining. I will definitely come back.

The Pearl Hotel did not meet my expectations as a regular traveler. No housekeeping services or room service received.

We had the best experience at the pearl. The Location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations, from the welcome champagne and pimento cheese, to the nightly truffles & turndown service. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the street below & the bar and restaurant were perfect for a quick drink & good meal.
