According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Plenamente satisfatória.
Pros:

A equipe é maravilhosa, a gerente estava viajando mas todos os funcionários com muita dedicação, mostrando assim que independente da situação prestam um excelente serviço!

Cons:

Na verdade entrei em contato com a Márcia gerente para fazer uma reserva me falou não ter nada disponível, porém por aqui fiz essa reserva que estou avaliando.
